Did an online drive thru order for a Cesar salad. Got all the way home to find no salad dressing. No compensation for their mistake. Would you eat a dry salad?

TWICE TWICE TWICE THEY SCREWED MY ORDER. I PLACED IT ON THE PANERA APP AT 12:25 TODAY. HALF AN HOUR LATER AN ORDER ARRIVED AT MY DOOR. BUT IT WAS COMPLETELY THE WRONG ORDER. I NICELY CALLED BACK AND THEN WHO WAS EITHER NEW OR HAD A SERIOUS LEARNING ISSUE BUT I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF 10 TIMES AND STILL DIDNT UNDER WHO I WAS, MY NAME, ORDER NUMBER, THAT ITS ONLY SHELTON CT. WHAT TIME IT WAS. FINALLY ASKED TO SPEAK WOTH STORE. HE SEEMED NICE, APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE WOULD RESEND IMMEDIATELY AS I WAS WORKING FROM HOME. I AM THE OWNER OF large company in the area and have PANERA so much business over all the years they are here, at multiple locations. And just so you know I told him that deliverer made a mistake. He promised he would immediately resend it correctly it correctly but didn't. I kept looking and looking and looking. Can you believe this. Then I called again because I still wanted my 1/2 sandwich and ice tea because I am working from home. This tome, rhe male manager had left without any records of what happened. So again now I'm getting a very young and inexperienced woman answering the phone. Again another person who is naive and and has/d a lot of problem understanding me. No apology for what I have been through over and over. No understanding of what happened over and over. If she me one more time why I am calling or what I want or or redelivered. THE THIRD TIME. SHE TOLD MECTHAT THAT SHE IS THE TEAM LEADER. THE ONE WHO DOESN'T INDESTAND WHAT I AM SAYING AND WHY I AM UPSET AND WHY I AM UNDERSTANDBLY GETTING VERY ANGRY AND UPSET. AND THEN ARE YOU READY SHE TELLS THE TEAM MANAGER THAT INSTEAD OF APOGIZING TO ME FOR RHE MASSIVE SCREW UP SHE GETS DEFENSIVE WITH ME. NOT ONE APOLOGY FOR THE MULTIPLE SCREW UPS. BECAUSE SHES NOT ADULT OBVIOUSLY BUT IMMATURE TEEN OR 20 YEAR OLD WHO SHOULDNT HAVE THIS JIB. SHE STILL DID NOTHING TO FIX THIS OR APOLOGIZE LIKE AN ADULT, WHICH SHES NOT. THEN THREATENED TO HANG UP ON ME AND DID!!!! THEN I CAN PROVE THROUGH VERIZON BUSINESS BECAUSE I HAVE A LARGE SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WITH SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS, SO MANY. THEN I COULD PROVE SHEVBLOCKED MY HALL MULTIPLE TIMES BY HANGING UP., MULTIPLE TIMES. I WAITED A FEW MINUTES FOR HER TO NOT RHINK I WOULD CALL BACK. THEN SHE FINALLY ANSWERED AND HUNG UP ON ME! Quite literally always have an issue to just getting my cup. Today one employee had to flag down another who then just looked at me and another customer like we were weird for needing assistance. There shouldn’t be a five minute wait just for some one to hand you a cup, and employees are generally inattentive and unhelpful.

(Nicky)the Team Lead is Always Pleasent,Professional, & Kind! Every time I go to the Shelton CT location I look forward to talking and seeing him. My wife and I always say the same thing about him when we leave how Great of a Guy he is and Surprised he is not a Manager yet. He has been working for Panera Bread for 20 yrs. Panera Bread you gotta do better for him. He deserves it!!!

Everytime I order my salads from here, I always get wilted brown lettuce or it’s the end of the romaine leaf, barely ever any green lettuce in it which ruins the salad

Hey- thanks and great job for messing my lunch order up once again. No spoon included despite request and being checked off on the ticket. Corn chowder must have been the bottom of the pot and had the appearance and consistency of orange pudding. Yummy. And my brownie cake bite was also not included, despite being checked off on the ticket and paid for. Great lunch experience, and its not the first time. I'll go back to Jersey Mikes just at the other end of the same plaza, they seem less challenged by the lunch rush.

One of Panera's nicest locations with friendly, helpful staff. Love going here almost daily. Unlimited sips program is a great value! The quality of Panera's food has diminished over the years, but is still good. Need to bring back the previous version of cinnamon rolls and also the lemon drop cookies. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich, cinnamon crunch bagels, and strawberry poppyseed chicken salad, and brownies are the best offerings IMO.
