Quite literally always have an issue to just getting my cup. Today one employee had to flag down another who then just looked at me and another customer like we were weird for needing assistance. There shouldn’t be a five minute wait just for some one to hand you a cup, and employees are generally inattentive and unhelpful.

My wife and I always say the same thing about him when we leave how Great of a Guy he is and Surprised he is not a Manager yet. He has been working for Panera Bread for 20 yrs. Panera Bread you gotta do better for him. He deserves it!!!

Everytime I order my salads from here, I always get wilted brown lettuce or it’s the end of the romaine leaf, barely ever any green lettuce in it which ruins the salad

Hey- thanks and great job for messing my lunch order up once again. No spoon included despite request and being checked off on the ticket. Corn chowder must have been the bottom of the pot and had the appearance and consistency of orange pudding. Yummy. And my brownie cake bite was also not included, despite being checked off on the ticket and paid for. Great lunch experience, and its not the first time. I'll go back to Jersey Mikes just at the other end of the same plaza, they seem less challenged by the lunch rush.

One of Panera's nicest locations with friendly, helpful staff. Love going here almost daily. Unlimited sips program is a great value! The quality of Panera's food has diminished over the years, but is still good. Need to bring back the previous version of cinnamon rolls and also the lemon drop cookies. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich, cinnamon crunch bagels, and strawberry poppyseed chicken salad, and brownies are the best offerings IMO.

Today's order was the probably the 3rd order in only the past few months that was not properly delivered. What the heck is going on with the store?
Fabulous service, very clean, ample outside seating and accountable management! I was ordering for 10 people and I cannot express how helpful the staff were. From suggesting appropriate portions to recommending what the correct mix of food should be. Popping in again for a second group order and they were able to pull up my prior order. It was fast and efficient. Highly recommended for group lunches.

My husband & I ordered soup & a tuna sandwich today from Panera in Shelton CT. Never again. There was so much mayo in the tuna, it all squeezed out of the sandwiches all over the wrapper. It tasted terrible. The lettuce was wilted and old. The soup is supposed to come with croutons but neither of us got croutons. Terrible experience. We called the general Panera complaint number & told them. They apologized but offered no compensation of any kind. They reassured us that we’d “remain anonymous”. I told him I could care less because we won’t be going to Panera again anyway. They are way too expensive to be so bad. Jersey Mikes’s makes MUCH better tuna and is always consistent. Bye Panera! Don’t waste your money here.

My friends and I like to lunch here when we have a short time to meet. I love the greek salad with or without chicken, it is always fresh and seasoned perfectly. Today my shy friend would not return her salad which had a copious amount of dressing for her taste. While she was getting coffee, Ronnie was rounding and asked me if everything was okay. I let him know about my friend’s salad and without a moments hesitation had it re-made with the dressing on the side. He is a great customer service ambassador. Thanks Ronnie! We’ll be back soon.

Never again will I order delivery from Panera! The use of a 3rd party deliverer is ridicoulas, they can't get a driver to bring you the food you order in a reasonable time but want you to accept the food after it sat on their counter for an hour! Then they can't even cancel the order bc of the 3rd party. So when the dd driver brings the food I asked them to cancel and I explain that the order had been canceled and you didn't expect it to come now so late, he just takes the food with him, ummmm ok so I can get no lunch and pay for it too! Do better! No more deliveries for us.
