Ordered a pickup order. 3 sandwiches and a soup. Got home and only had 2 sandwiches and the soup in the bag. How hard is it to check the receipt, check the bag and make sure everything is in it before closing the bag up. Incompetence at its finest at this spot

My first time @Panera. The orange scone was very good. Sweet but fresh and delicious. It was a little confusing. They handed me a cup but didn't tell me where the coffee was. Gave me my scone on an actual plate, but again I didn't know if someone would clean up the plate or what to do with it. I brought it to the counter and was told oh no you need to put it over there somewhere. Really lol

Overpriced and slow service. Drive thru is always a forever wait. Was told to park in a pickup spot and waited 15 minutes for two salads. MehWheelchair accessibility: Right next to pickup parking spots. Drive thru patrons are directed here for overflow and it becomes an instant mess.

Everything is great. Service and workers are great, but one issue is that they could confuse many items with others. That happened to me, because I bought a yogurt, but they forgot to give it to me. I lost $6 for nothing.
