The place is filthy. The floors, counters, machines, ceilings, windows. DIRTY. Please take some pride in ownership. It felt extremely unsanitary and I would not return based on the condition of the store.

half of the machines were out of service multiple times i keep trying to give it a chance over 16 handles because its closer but everytime i do i understand why i stopped going even the fresh fruit always looks old i hate the toppings here

I came in after a delicious meal with some friends as well as my dearest friend, Colin. He was sadly taken away and sent off the Quinnipiac law school. I missed him dearly until I scooped him up today. First, we went to Pancheros. We had a delicious meal and had a hankering for a little sweet treat afterwards. I almost broke into tears after the discovery of no boba popping bubbles. Luckily, a young blonde worker helped me bring back to childish joy I needed tonight. She blessed me up with a colorful blue spoon. I went from in the blues to the smiles. Thank you, Peachwave! -Charles

Love this place! They have so many different flavors of frozen yogurt, and an array of toppings, it never disappoints. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. I love coming here to get a sweet treat any time of the year. Definitely one of my go to spots in Shelton!

Peachwave has been a staple for me for over 10 years. The flavors are always great. Going here is suppose to be a fun little outing to enjoy something sweet!
The atmosphere absolutely kills the entire experience. When walking into any establishment, usually being greeted with a smile and hello is a nice start. Every single worker here is very rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. I always walk in with a smile and hello, and today was just the kicker for me. Completely ignored me. I walked in at 5:20pm today. Woman and man both there. Nobody said anything from the minute I walked in, until I left. Not even a "you're welcome," after my thank you. I am met with this HORRENDOUS attitude with every visit. Not one single employee, whether it be a teen young girl or adult. It honestly makes people want to turn away.
Today, the first time I've ever seen this.. Fruit flies ALL OVER the machines! Near the blue raspberry flavor especially. I looked into the tray and it's loaded from melted froyo. Just gross. Not clean today at all. I'm just so disappointed in this place. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Pearls and swirls is very nice! Check them out!
Wish this place the best, not sure how much longer they'll be lasting here with such horrible customer service.

I was here and the yogurt was very bad. It tasted like it was spoiled me, and my daughter cannot even eat it, and the manager was very rude yelling in my face and would not give me my money back. Do not you there Spoons is very dirty They serve expired yogurt
