I really enjoyed eating here. Already went two times for birthday dinner. Went on a Sunday at around four o'clock and they have a pasta menu with more choices. They also have a great mocktail menu for people who just wants a fancy drink with no alcohol. The second time the drinks where a little disappointing. But the waite staff was very accommodating. Also when I went there the first time they accommodated me when I didn't like my food choice. Very nice atmosphere. I love the decor of the place. And the service was also great. Everyone loved their food and I have picky eaters and a foodie. They do sing happy birthday and it's one of those sprinkler candles that make it feel extra special. Definitely recommend this place.

It was my first time at pier131. The place itself was beautiful with a wonderful view of the Houstanic River and bridge. However, the food wasn’t up to par. I ordered the dumplings (which wasn’t bad), the street corn dip that came with tortilla chips, mussels in coconut curry and the chicken, shrimp, beef tacos. Everything was bland or needed sauce or something to make it taste a little better. The tacos were bland. I’ve never had tacos that horrible in my life. The better side of things was the staff. They were super friendly, attentive! I wouldn’t go to pier131 again for food but maybe for the drinks & sit at the bar.

My first time here and I was racially profiled I’m a black female with 2 black friends once we walked in the restaurant the hostess asked if we wanted a booth she seats us in the corner AWAY FROM EVERYONE .. then we proceeds to order our food why did our food come in a small portion but everyone else didn’t ?! I asked for lamb chops never came waitress is like I didn’t hear you say that ! Now I’m pissed IF HOUR A MINORITY PLS DONT COME TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE I GUVE THEM A 0 on everything!!!!!
Amazing prices. $9.00 for the pizza. Got there right at 3pm for the specials on Wednesday. Great service. Friendly staff. Will go again

Restaurant is always clean. Staff is almost always inviting. There is a bartender who is a middle aged lady and she is always great. Patio is an awesome place to sit and the bar is large too. The issue here is the food. Some of the food such as the pizza tastes cheap. Like it was made from canned ingredients. The other issue is the kitchen staff. Somwtimes the tacos are served hot, tortillas are cooked. Sometimes its all cold. The standards are great with some cooks and nonexistent with others. It can be very inconsistent where the food can be good one day and terrible the next. Overall, I eat here often and it is mostly good. A little expensive though.
