Don't suggest going here if you're of color because you will be left standing as if you're thr plague. If it wasn't for thr dishwasher who came over and was cordial and cleaned 2 tables off we would of still been standing there.food was good.hovever not once did waitress ever come over to ask if everything was okay or we needed anything. Dishwasher should of gotten tip he had more professionalism than the 2 female waitress and 1 male one

Great food poor service if it wasn't for the dishwasher cleaning the table seating me I probably would still be waiting.waiters looked at me like I was from another planet then the waiter i had never checked on the table if we needed anything or even if the food was good smh never again I rather eat stop and shop hot wings then to ever step foot in this establishment again.

Been going to Porkys for well over 20+ years! Its about time I wrote a review. Best wings.... hands down. Blue cheese is fire too. Every bartender knows your name and drink. Recently had my brothers surprise 50th birthday upstairs and it was perfect. Going there today for football and drinks for the holidays! 🐷

We were excited to come here, but it was spoiled quickly. H****** was our waitress and was exceptionally rude to another person at the bar. He asked for her to allow him to drink quietly as he walked home, and she berated him! I was in shock. never again will we come here. I think the staff needs to reconsider Heather.

As a local, I used to love this place. Countless times I would hop into Porky's for their wings and pizza. You can control the jukebox, the whole thing is great with affordable prices. However, my buddies' and my time is no more at Porky's due to the daytime bartender. Highly recommend going one block north to Caloroso for service that will keep you coming back for me! Sorry Porky's but the bartender is rude!

This place is heaven!! It’s definitely the cornerstone of Shelton downtown, and a family-friendly spot where you can have good food, grab a beer and watch the game with your family including the kids, the crowd is always friendly and courteous.
The wings are world-class, best wings in the state hands down! Pizza is also great, it’s truly a one stop shop for a game day or slow Sunday

Food was great , drinks were good . It was tons of fun and unlike other downtown areas there are many options for safe parking!
Either overstaffed or under, wings and pizza always bomb but I was very disappointed in my chicken parm sandwich. Barely a half order of fries and it was a small sub. Price wasn’t awful for it but it wasn’t enough for a grown man to eat and be satisfied. It’s an institution in town and close by which is nice but kitchen closes to early also in my opinion. Not mad just was a bit underwhelmed by their sandwiches.

Pretty unassuming bar with a very standard local bar feel when you walk in the door.
Standard bar menu with truly phenomenal execution. The wing sauces were great and the sides tasted like they didn't come out of a freezer bag.
I didn't get any of the pizza but saw a few come out and will be going back soon to try it. Nee haven style bar pizza and it looks amazing and crispy.
Bar tenders were super friendly, professional and quick.
