My first time to Pranzo yesterday and it was fantastic....everything is fresh and delicious. I will come back and bring my employees with me. Must say that Erin and Brennan, the two young men behind the counter were incredibly friendly, polite and great "sales people" describing each of their menu selections, how to order, etc. All in all, a great experience! (The breaded eggplant with heirloom tomatoes was outstanding).

Great buffet style for lunch and dinner. Easy to eat healthy with delicious food. Kyle is great and makes coming by for lunch enjoyable. Salmon is always cooked just right and enjoy the day to day variety they offer. I just wish their daily buffet menu was updated on Facebook daily as it seems a little sporadic on when they post it (seeing as it changes from day to day).

The Chicken and Berries salad with grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese and roasted hazelnuts was fabulous! A little bit of summer in a jar! Your Caprese panini is also outstanding!
