Pranzo is an grab and go cafe located in Shelton Corporation area. The food is prepared in-house, from scratch, daily. They offer a daily rotating menu of hot items buffet style, sandwiches made to order and a variety of salads. I found this business when I was bringing my daughter to her doctor's appointment. I was looking to pick something up to bring for dinner to work since I didn't have time to prepare it at home. It was a little confusing to find since there business is all the way in a back of hallway. It was very clean and the staff greeted my daughter and I when we came in. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich for lunch, my daughter ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Croissant, and I grabbed Salmon Cakes with Lemon Orzo with Brussel Sprout Petals from the buffet for my dinner. It was my first time having a Cuban Sandwich so I'm not an expert in Cuban Sandwich's but it was okay. Nothing special or I need to have again. I felt it could have been pressed more but the Salmon Cakes and Orzo were delicious. The Salmon Cakes were cooked perfectly and the Orzo had a hint of lemon which I've never had before. Really delicious!!! The staff we're really outgoing and very pleasant. I will definitely be back to try the rotating buffet menu.

My first time to Pranzo yesterday and it was fantastic....everything is fresh and delicious. I will come back and bring my employees with me. Must say that Erin and Brennan, the two young men behind the counter were incredibly friendly, polite and great "sales people" describing each of their menu selections, how to order, etc. All in all, a great experience! (The breaded eggplant with heirloom tomatoes was outstanding).

Great buffet style for lunch and dinner. Easy to eat healthy with delicious food. Kyle is great and makes coming by for lunch enjoyable. Salmon is always cooked just right and enjoy the day to day variety they offer. I just wish their daily buffet menu was updated on Facebook daily as it seems a little sporadic on when they post it (seeing as it changes from day to day).
