This is a local bakery with quality goods. However, the service is very poor.
The individuals working the counter, more often than not are rude and or short with customers.
Secondly, when ordering custom cakes and goods it is observed that the order is incorrect and those who take the order seem to have a lack of knowledge of their products and options (this has now been observed across multiple orders).
Finally, and perhaps, most concerning, it has been specifically noted that the total bill presented at checkout is inflated when examining the credit card statement.
Conclusion…please be cautious and always ask for a receipt when making purchases. Local establishments are important to communities, but they must also be held accountable for unethical practices and held to the same standards of larger companies.

They have spectacular cookies. They are giant ones like everyone else's, but without the chocolate chips! Pure butter. The bag is greasy by the time you get to the car! The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is that they are often out of them. She explained that the baker only makes one tray a day. That seems silly to me since they seem so popular. I ALWAYS call ahead.

Omg 🤩 why didn’t I find this place sooner. I ordered a cake, cake pops, cookies, cannolis, cupcakes and everything was so delicious. I will be getting all my future cakes and pastries from this place without a doubt. And let me not forget to mention the welcoming friendly staff that provided excellent customer service. Needed coffee and some snacks. Tried the peanut butter cookies (amazing), almond biscotti (amazing) and cranberry walnut biscotti (not bad, but liked the other ones better). Coffee was great and the service was quick and friendly!

Workers were super sweet. Went inside and bakery is dirty. Ordered a few cannolis and figured I would give them a chance regardless of the cleanliness. Cannolis tasted like rotten milk. Waste of money super disappointed

I was so very disappointed with this bakery. My family has gotten muffins here in the past and they were very good. I had an event to go to the other night and came to get cookies for desert. they looked delicious! sadly they were not. they were so dry, almost seemed stale like they had been left in the case for multiple days. Everyone who tried one ended up throwing it away. I was super disappointed as we were all initially super excited to try the cookies. hopefully this isn’t a trend at this bakery.

This is our favorite bakery! Their breads and desserts are consistent. Staff is always friendly and smiling. They accommodated my daughter special requests for her birthday and everything was eaten. The first time, we didn't have any leftover cake! Thank you!
