The staff is very nice. The log cake was very good. Management is dysfunctional during crowded times. Otherwise bread and deserts are quality and fresh.

I recently went to Royal bakery on a Friday to pick up an order on a Saturday and the woman behind the desk was so entirely rude to me and entirely rude to the woman standing next to me I will never ever ever go back to this bakery again You need to go to school and learn customer service skills!!! Very very condescending attitude!! Man I wish I had her name! You just lost a customer actually you lost two customers I have a friend that don't go there because of you!!
