Best service and great pizza lovely guy in there almost everyday
The best pizza in Connecticut! I came over here with my family and we had a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice people! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bite to eat around Shelton.

Whatever you do please don’t eat here!!! Poor service, old food. He prepares the pizza without washing his hands. There is a glue bottle where food is being handled.save your money and stomach. I ordered a chicken cutlet and fries look at the photos. They been r back to ask him was her seriously serving that to people. I paid 19.00 I feel like the fries were empty. I opened the food when I got to the car and this is what was inside. None of the food was eaten. And I’m gonna just take a loss! Please!! Don’t eat here!

Love this place! Best pizza in Shelton. I read some other reviews and I am surprised anyone would not like this pizza, the crust is AMAZING! If you want the paper thin, burned crust from the other places around town, then don't go here and complain. Shelton Pizza Palace crust is amazing and the sauce delicious. I lived in NYC for 20yrs and never found a crust this good.
More than once I ordered pizza shortly before they closed, when I arrived to pick it up they are there waiting for me to pick up so they can go home. This is a true local business that deserves fair reviews of their awesome pizza not complainers who had one imperfect experience. I order from there all the time and have never had a bad experience.

Haven’t had this place in awhile thought I’d order again….big mistake. When I got the food it was ice cold. I ordered a meatball sub (which had literally a thin slice of meat and stale bread ) and antipasto salad ( which was old and the meat tasted spoiled) and the palace calzone that would have been better to use as a frisbee then to eat. Good had absolutely no flavor. Will never order from here again as well as others.

Haven’t had this place in a very long time, thought I’d try it out tonight. I am so disappointed. The veggie pizza was okay but not a lot of flavor which was surprising, the antipasto salad…..very thick strips of cheese, olives with the pits still in them (almost broke my tooth when I bit down unknowingly) why would you put pitted olives into salads?! I got a small in each and was not expecting HOW small for the price. Ugh. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

We've been customers since 1975 and remain as pleased by this restaurant as we were when we first walked in.
Parking: Can usually find free street parking spaces right in front of within a few yards of the entrance

Paid 15 dollars for 10 frozen out of the box wings. Pizza was over cooked beyond recognition. And the mozzarella sticks had barely any mozzarella in them. Everything tasted like a deepfried cardboard box. I'll never got back. 40 bucks in the garbage. I got a mind to call and get a refund.
False advertisement.. owner charges you a different price than what on the menu..

Years ago I lived on Howe Ave. and I was a regular at the Pizza Palace. I recently went in to get my old favorite, the meatball parm grinder. Well, it was edible but definitely not even close to the original, but more comparable to Subway. I asked for a small chef salad and was charged $11 for what you see in the photo. Sad.
