I got a cookie mocha frap. I get the drink and it taste like a macha tea or mint in the drink. The one thing I’m looking forward to all day and wasted both my gift cards on and they messed it up. The drink is disgusting I can’t even drink it. DUNKIN DONUTS ALL THE WAY.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the lady with the red hair needs to be fired. She didn’t make my drink right and then charged me an extra $2. I usually pay 6.82 for my venti matcha but she charged me 8.59! I would’ve not minded if my drink was good but I payed $2 extra for a terrible drink. She did not mix the matcha with the milk at all! New better staff is needed. Also why is your staff charging more than usual?

Barista was super nice and skilled at making my drink. Pleasant to chat with while waiting too. Only downside was no seating available within the store but that's not their fault.

Ordered two drinks iced chai latte and an oat milk shaken espresso. The chai latte was given to me white just all milk. And then the barista asked me what type of milk goes in the OATMILK shaken espresso and asked me how to finish making the rest of the drink. Do I look like the barista? Train your employees!!

I asked for a specific order, and when I told the barista that it was incorrect, I still took the drink. She didn’t even apologize! Starbucks, you need to retrain your employees proper customer service, and to listen to their customers.

Overall the people were really nice but they took very long me and my sister ordered two drinks a pineapple passion fruit lemonade Venti and a vanilla bean Frappuccino Grande and it took 40 minutes I used a gift card that had $25 on it and another gift card that had $10 on it the total came to $40 for two drinks so I ran back in the car to grab $ 20 more dollars the people behind me that I didn't know used my card for their drinks so I basically wasted a lot of money and it wasn't even my fault because the person working there never put their money in but overall it was a really awful time but the drinks were fine

Made a great drink, when they were open, but it's a gamble if they will be there ready to serve or have the "closed" sign up. The best ability is availability... Go to the Starbucks on Commerce Drive which will be open every minute, of their specified hours, 99% of the time.
