We tried going and it was closed. According to their hours m, it should have been open.

Gentleman at the front with the braids did not greet us upon entering. Also could clearly see and hear it was our first ordering and just stood there staring off, not offering any assistance.

Loved walking into this ice cream shop and seeing the flash lights. Along with the decor and friendly service it was very good ice cream and I would 100% go back

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I checked their closing time online, which was clearly listed as 10:30 p.m. However, when I arrived at 9:50 p.m, well before the stated closing time, the individual closed the door infront of us. There were no signs explaining the early closure, and no updates on their website or social media to indicate any change in hours.

I was really looking forward to trying their Blue Cookie Dough, but this unexpected closure ruined my plans. This lack of reliability and poor communication is unacceptable for any business, especially one in the service industry. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed.

The ice cream was so good I almost forgot to take a picture before it was all gone. And this place has a great customer surface. And a cool looking interior.

It was good when the ice cream was NITRO. We came after not visiting for a while and (our mistake) ordering the usual ice cream we would get which was the nitro ice cream with the cone just to find out they don’t have NITRO anymore but we were charged the same price as if it was ($12) I could’ve gotten a better basic ice cream for half of the price and better flavor.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, will stick to Milkcraft.

They never have the nitrogen ice cream when we come. The reason we come here is to try the nitrogen ice cream but it is never available. It is advertised on the website that they do nitrogen ice cream but whenever we come they can’t do it. There was a sign on the door when we got here saying that they were taking a break and they would be back by 3:45 - 4. Around 15 minutes after 4 he opened the doors to come in. We had to wait to get the news that there was no nitrogen ice cream again!

OMG the chocolate lava ice cream should be illegal!!!!!!! The best ice cream I have ever had in my 56 years on this planet! I eat very healthy, but hubby brought it home, & now it's my summer time guilty pleasure. Love ? you.

Great unique offerings if you are in the mood for ice cream. Freshly made waffles where you can choose a filling for them sets Sugar Rush apart. Definitely worth a visit.

Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop, so kids are welcome.

Website and Apple Maps says it closes at 11pm, got there at 10:30 and it was closed. Drove all the way there for nothing.
