Sushi 2020 is an absolute go to spot for me and my partner. It's a wonderful restaurant that is owned by a lovely couple who runs the entire place just by themselves! I am always floored with just how much warmth and kindness they treat us with, even on the busiest of days. Not only that, the food is made with great care and packed with tons of flavor! I'm from out of state and have been living in CT for around 3 years now. There's so many amazing restaurants in the area and around New Haven, but if I ever were to move away, Sushi 2020 would be the restaurant I miss most. First time I ever had bibimbap. I was eating it not mixed up and then the owner told me to mix it up and I ate every last bit. Definitely my new addiction. Love the atmosphere and the husband wife duo. Makes me feel like I’m welcomed into someone’s home for a home cooked meal.
