Loved our first visit today to the Icecream Shoppe! Lots ofnyummy flavors...an array of icecream cakes that can be special ordered.... they sell pints and quarts of their flavors. Cute blur benches outside to enjoy. My daughter loves Cookie Monster. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Since summer’s coming to a close and we've lived in the community for 4 years now, my family (party of 8) decided to stop by for some ice cream. We were excited to try the place, but the experience was unfortunately disappointing from the start. We asked to taste the ice cream before purchasing — a common courtesy at most ice cream shops and certainly standard in places I’ve visited, including in Italy and other major franchises. We were told tastings were not allowed. That was surprising, but we still decided to order. Unfortunately, several of our orders were incorrect, and the overall service lacked attention and any welcoming presence. It felt like our business wasn’t valued at all. Safe to say, we won’t be returning — not even to get a treat for our dog. — 10 out of 4, in the worst way.

this place is complete horrible. I told the ice cream boy i have a nut allergy. Then he proceeded to give me an ice cream that had black things on top of it and white syrup all over it. The boy said it would take a minute for him to make it. Then he proceeded to bring the ice cream to the back and he made a lot of noise back there. Then i proceeded to eat the ice cream and i started coughing. I told him it was salty but it was kind of good. Then i had an allergic reaction and the worker that was a 10/10 baddie gave me mouth to mouth cpr. Overall horrible experience.

Ice cream is good, but not great. What I really don't understand is why this summer the four times I've gone in and ordered the exact same thing I was charged 4 different prices??

Their vanilla soft serve is not too sweet and have it's own characteristics that not easy to get tired of!
They can customize your sundae to your liking.
It's just good!
