I had heard such good things about The Rogi Shoppe for the longest time, and as a Polish foodie, I knew I had to go check it out! It’s a cute little hole in the wall, and luckily we snagged the table there to eat in since we don’t live right in town. They use Rosol’s kielbasa from New Britain which we like, and I was impressed by their creative pierogi flavors like steak and cheese and buffalo chicken that you won’t find in a traditional Polish restaurant. We had the potato & cheddar as well as the steak & cheese - they were good, though I have to admit I was expecting to enjoy it a bit more because of the hype I had been hearing. I do really like the concept though and I love that they’re putting a little twist on Polish cuisine!

This is the most authentic Polish food I have ever had from a restaurant! In fact, the best stuffed cabbage and best potato pancakes from any restaurant, on par with my ethnic Babcia's cuisine! Truly delish, and dont forget to try the summer slaw and egg salad to go containers!Love this placeParking: Parking isnt the simplest to find but drive behind the building on howe ave and drive to the bridge overpass and parking is right there next to the restaurant

Super grateful to have found this little polish pierogi shop. We have a tradition on Christmas Eve to have pierogies and kielbasa for dinner. Being new to the area, we couldn't find them anywhere until we stumbled on this shop a few minutes from where we got our tree. We had a quick lunch, the presentation and food was amazing, even in take away containers. We were even able to get some frozen pierogies to keep up our tradition.On top of the great food, the service was top notch. The woman behind the counter was super helpful. Will definitely be coming back next year (if not sooner).

This place......delicious. The specialty flavors are sensational. I had an order of jalapeno mashed potato - it changed my life. The traditional potato and cheese...also delicious. Potato and cheddar: I ate the whole portion - the larger sizing - without realizing what I was doing. I just knew I liked what was going on and needed more of it. I believe they have catering options too. Go now before its too late.

Food is always great, and the atmosphere and presentation is great. Nice and cozy. Quick and fairly priced, besides some of the toppings and sauces maybe should be free. Try their side salads, perfect way to cut through the richness of the pierogi.
