Placed an order for pickup today was charged and scheduled to pick my food up around 1:23pm I believe. I drive to the store and to find out they're closed. I literally placed an order because when you put directions on safari in Apple you get the business details and it said open today. So when I got to the door it says Sunday closed ? Then when I call their number their voice answering machine message says they’re open daily at such and such hours. But when you check google it says closed today. So am I the only one confused on this back and forth whether or not they’re closed or open ??? Clearly after I pulled the door I’m thinking of maybe an employee forgot it was locked but doesn’t help TVs were on but lights were off. Sucked because I really wanted to try their salmon wrap but they were closed. If you guys are closed you should make sure orders can’t be placed cause then this just makes me never want to go back. Now I have to wait until they’re ACTUALLY open to get a refund and watch that be a process :p. Also heard from somebody they placed this place for sale so I can clearly see why now

got the shrimp salad bunch of spinach canned veggies and 4 shrimps for $16 first and last time i was going to back out when I seen the lady put 4 shrimp in the salad but felt bad because it was already made and took it taste like a bodega salad especially because the only veggies they used are preserved canned but the spinach was fresh just didn’t have enough fresh ingredients for me

This cute shop is serving up fresh and healthy food! I haven’t seen other spots in the area serve juices from Tractor and vegan desserts from Southern Roots, but they were by far the best vegan desserts I’ve had! The owners are really sweet are very passionate about their business. All the wraps and salads were tasty!

I was looking for a new place for a good blackened chicken salad. I ordered online for pick up. When I got there, the girl behind the counter was speaking to me but I could barely understand her.When I got back to work to eat my salad, the chicken was not blackened and extremely chewy. Then I ordered bacon bit on the salad and all the bacon looked grey and old. I ended up throwing the whole salad away. Didn't want to risk it. Disappointed

I was gifted a gift certificate and so I tried the custom salad and jerk salmon wrap with my husband. The portion was a great size and everything tasted very fresh. My custom salad was very delicious with the variety of toppings we had to choose from. My husbands wrap had a big portion of salmon that was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. It was a light and refreshing lunch and we will definitely visit again sometime.

The woman working doesn't seem to know the menu when asked questions like if they had this or that (they dont have everything they have on their menu and look at you like a deer in headlights when youre like but it says you have goat cheese on the menu...) like it's not even a matter of them being out for the day, they have NO idea what you are talking about.They dont have blackened shrimp (surprise, surprise) but I am already 90% through building my salad so I dont want to be a jerk and say nevermind I dont want it. She proceeds to tell me grilled chicken and lemon chicken is the same (they didn't have lemon chicken). Already annoyed I just go with grilled chicken.She rings me up and adds lemon chicken to the tab which is 50 cents more than the normal grilled chicken so I clarify with her did you give me grilled or lemon? she says they are both the same to which I respond but theyre not the same in price. She starts to defend herself but gives up and changes it to grilled chicken and asks if I'm okay with the way it looks now. Uh yeah, I dont want to be charged extra especially if you dont have half the items I wanted in my salad.Salad was mediocre, no frills or thrills about it. Definitely not coming back to pay $15 for a salad I can make 10x better myself.

There is never enough staff and they disappear into the backroom for half an hour to cook, but start serving someone else who came in long after you when they come back out.The management don't care about the customer so you shouldn't waste your time here. This is the third time in a row this has happened. $30+ for two people is a complete rip off with this level service. The Owner should probably work in the restaurant if they want to cut corners on staffing
