PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. The night started like every other night. I got some food after a busy day and all I wanted to do was to enjoy my food once I arrived home. Unfortunately my night was completely ruined when I discovered that Wendy’s in Shelton, CT served not ONE, but TWO very raw spicy chicken sandwiches. No matter how fast or cheap the food item is no one deserves to be served raw meat in 2024. There isn’t an excuse or reason that could make this acceptable. I have been violently ill ever since ??

All of the employees were extremely nice. The manager also took the time to come over to my table and ask if everything was good and if I needed anything to please ask! One worker brought a customer's food to her table due to the fact that the woman had her arms full holding her baby. This is the best Wendy's I've been to!

Staff is always fast and kind, and the food is typically top notch as far as Wendy's is concerned. However, is often dirty with sticky floors. Also, the bathroom is insanely cold.
