Dinner at Chili’s on Dec-6th. A half rack of ribs I ordered came and I got 4 ribs barely the size of the tines on my fork. I get ribs at most Restaurants and this was the smallest rack I’ve ever seen, ridiculous 🙁
Slow service and forgotten drinks. Dust on "Babybackribs" sign thick enough to write my name in. Glass sconces over tables also dusty. That drops in customer food. Saw several To Go customers leave without food. Anyone ever watch Restaurant Impossible? I wonder what Chef Irvine would say of chain restaurants and this sort of thing.
