I've been to plenty of the Luna's in the area, but this is my 1st at Lisa's in Simsbury. I went 3 towns away to try this Luna out due to a cool NFL playoff pizza special they had. Anyway, both the cheese and Buffalo Chicken pizzas were very good and steak & cheese sub was pretty good. Interior decor is nice, similar to other Luna's.
My wife didn’t get her food until AFTER everyone had finished eating, yet they had the audacity to charge for an automatic 20% tip because there were 6 of us, not to mention that we had a very simple and straightforward order (1 pizza, 2 grinders, a salad and a slice if pizza).This sent a strong message that they do not value us or our business.TIPS is an acronym: To Insure Prompt Service. This did not happen.

I have been to Italy three times (Rome and Naples included) and strongly believe Luna Pizza is the best pizza in the whole world!!!! We have been ordering pizza here for over a decade been and keep coming back. The ingredients are SO fresh and you can tell at first bite. Order anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed.
