This is my usual Dunkin I go to i absolutely love staff they’re super friendly, food and drinks are always so good and comes out fast but today I went and ordered a signature iced pumpkin latte and I received this (I have not taken a sip yet) No whipped cream, no cinnamon sugar on top, not full and no straw. I usually wouldn’t be upset however I spent about $6 on this and didn’t even get my moneys worth 😕

I had ordered online the night before. Someone came in before me and took my order but DD was quick to make ammends, no questions asked they replaced my order quickly. Great service!

The coffee we ordered tasted good, the only thing that made the experience a three star one is simply the cleanliness of the place. The glass of the display case was filthy with smear stains and crumbs. The floors had debris along with sticky stains left throughout the store. The tables were not wiped down as they too had spills dried on the tables and the station where you get straws was dirty with dried residue as well. There was also a weird smell in the store, probably some...
