My friend said the brownies were gross

So yummy!!

Ok so I’m a frozen yogurt lover and this is the 3rd time I’ve been here but the yogurt is awful, I had the tart this time and it tasted rancid. I can’t find their health dept rating anywhere on Farmington valley site. Reading about them treating people of color differently makes me firm in my resolve that I’m not coming back here.

In no world, especially Simsbury did I expect to be made so uncomfortable, the older women working just stared at me the entire time, made no conversation and didn’t even put in an effort so smile, I hate to believe it’s due to my race, but I’ve had a good experience in there with the other girls, but recently this place seems to have gone down hill, yogurt tasted like it had gone bad and saw flys on the toppings, just gross please don’t go here.

Never came here before, came with my daughters. We wanted to try it, we had the lady which I think she was the manager stared at me the whole time. As a person of color I don’t wanna think it was because of the color of my skin but it felt like it. I don’t leave reviews but I felt unsafe.

It was good ice cream however the Indian lady doesn’t make conversations and it’s messy inside with not much toppings. At 5:00 pm July 8.

Nice staff. And it's delicious. We will be back.

I am nowhere near this shop however, I had to call multiple frozen yogurt shops for a project and John was a great help in understanding what happens at a frozen yogurt shop! Thank you John!

The worst froyo I’ve ever tasted in my life

Very friendly and helpful staff and owner! A coworker turned me onto this place and it's great for the Boba Tea's. I hadn't tried them before then and I go in a couple times a week now. I have yet to try their ice cream but look forward to that! Great atmosphere and staff! Would definitely recommend!

I’m not even one to leave reviews in the first place and my dessert standards are rather low, so believe when I say this was pretty under par frozen yogurt. It really can’t be that hard to have good frozen yogurt like the taste and texture were just off and just kinda whack. These guys probably support

Leary to even leave feedback as the owner seems to get defensive on reviews, I see. From the time we walked in, I felt we were being looked at In a weird way. I am wondering if this is due to our ethnicity. My husband, children and myself love frozen yogurt. We all chose different flavors and were all extremely disappointed. THE TASTE WAS NASTY; flavorless and gross. We will not return

I’m sorry to leave this review…the server was very nice. The problem is the froyo. It is the worst froyo I have ever tasted. The mango tasted like chapstick and the “classic tart” tasted like a fermented thing—similar to wine but just aweful. I took one bite of each and had to throw it away. Whoever owns this shoppe needs to completely change their recipies and where they are getting their ingredients from—there’s no way they are natural when they taste like that
