“This review is for the Danbury Location. I have been going there 5-6 days a week for past 5 +/- months. I had a routine. Order on the App. Coffee protein drink and either a wrap or salad. Always greeted with a smile and thank you when I walked in. The price was good for Always having consistant quality with the drink and food. Made the way I wanted it. Fresh, never wilted lettuce and ingredients. I knew what I was getting and always the same. I stopped going to other places around area because I was sick and tired of my 1/2hr lunch break eating garbage, never made the way I ordered it, or getting the wrong order in bag. Unfortunately, my job is over in the area and I don’t live anywhere near there. So I just wanted to say Thank You, we had a good run……“

“I love coming here for either a healthier treat or a lunch smoothie! The staff are very nice and the store front is always clean. This staff knows their clients and it makes me feel so welcome whenever i order and they already go to grab my smoothie. I feel like a vip!“
“I was delighted to learn The Green Teahouse offers silver needle white tea! I purchased an iced silver needle white tea with Truvia, and the employee prepared it perfectly. The customer service is friendly and helpful, and the store set-up is welcoming. Highly recommend!“

“In person is always a great vibe and experience.
My only complaint is that the app is awful. I hadn’t used it in a while, so I was signed out. When I tried to use my phone number to sign in, it claimed it would send me a code, which it didn’t. I tried to resend the code and it scolded me for not waiting a minute, so I did. I had it resent again and it still didn’t come. So I went through the login option with my email and of course , I forgot my password. Then I had to have an email sent to reset the password. Then it required to do a fancy password… for a rewards app. Ridiculous. Then I get it all reset and have to log in again and after this time, about ten minutes, it finally texts me
The code to sign in with my phone. I click it and it works, but this is a bit much.“

“I LOVE Avon Playa Bowls! HUGE shout out to the friendly, awesome Manager Emma Lou and one of my favorite PB employees- Jayson! Their smiles are infectious! It feels like such a treat to grab a smoothie at such a clean, beautiful place. The employees there are happy, clearly love working together and represent the store well!
