“It's always a pleasure stopping by to get my spinach patties every week. Today Shernette took my order over the phone while Arline prepared it and ensured that I didn't have to wait long upon arriving.

Kree does the baking and is always willing to put some extra spinach patties in the oven when they are running low.

“The Natural Orange Juice was very fresh and full of flavor. It was noticeable that the oranges were very fresh and the juice was very pure. I also tried the banana shake which was very delicious.

“Omg this place is a GEM for real. I brought my daughter there today it’s the second time I was there.. ordered a salmon wrap. I haven’t tried everything else but I will.. today Ruthy a beautiful easy going woman patiently, waiting for my daughter to order her food…and Erwin had the pleasure of cooking it 3 orders came up so fast and beautifully made. & them smoothies were on point!!! “This review is for the Danbury Location. I have been going there 5-6 days a week for past 5 +/- months. I had a routine. Order on the App. Coffee protein drink and either a wrap or salad. Always greeted with a smile and thank you when I walked in. The price was good for Always having consistant quality with the drink and food. Made the way I wanted it. Fresh, never wilted lettuce and ingredients. I knew what I was getting and always the same. I stopped going to other places around area because I was sick and tired of my 1/2hr lunch break eating garbage, never made the way I ordered it, or getting the wrong order in bag. Unfortunately, my job is over in the area and I don’t live anywhere near there. So I just wanted to say Thank You, we had a good run……“

My only complaint is that the app is awful. I hadn’t used it in a while, so I was signed out. When I tried to use my phone number to sign in, it claimed it would send me a code, which it didn’t. I tried to resend the code and it scolded me for not waiting a minute, so I did. I had it resent again and it still didn’t come. So I went through the login option with my email and of course , I forgot my password. Then I had to have an email sent to reset the password. Then it required to do a fancy password… for a rewards app. Ridiculous. Then I get it all reset and have to log in again and after this time, about ten minutes, it finally texts me
The code to sign in with my phone. I click it and it works, but this is a bit much.“

“We are good customers that come to the Rocky Hill Salad bar at least a couple times per week. The staff is wonderful, the service is wonderful and most days, the burritos are delicious. Our issue is with consistency. We took off one star on the service because of the lack of consistency. We go for the fresh food served daily. However, when it comes to the "building of the burritos" we can usually tell who has made the burrito because today, for instance, it was so skimpy, I question about going back because it makes us so mad when we get these barely filled burritos. I want to say, the majority of the time, we praise this place, we highly recommend them, because the food is so fresh and tasty and USUALLY, the burritos are bursting at the seams. It all depends on who makes your meal. Today's burritos (all of them) were extremely skimpy. For the amount of money we spent, we don't expect to end up hungry after eating our meal. Like I said, normally we are very satisfied, but someone there (according to all of us) that is known for skimping on the meal. Today was that day. We were all dissatisfied with our burritos. The picture shows the middle of a meat burrito that is suppose to have meat in it, but you can barely see a drop of meat. Normally it's big and fat, today it was like eating a flat lettuce and tomato sandwich.“
