Caine's is it pretty basic fast food experience that you go to if you want that experience. So in that sense, you know what you're getting into.

So if you're in the mood for chicken fingers and fries and maybe like a piece of Texas toast or coleslaw, do they do a good job? Yeah more often than not! I haven't had a bad order from this location but I also don't think that this chain is the best in fried chicken out there. Still, if I want one box with all that stuff in it, I know where I'm going.

It's dangerously tasty in that your mind remembers it as being much better than it is.

To be honest, it was mid. Nothing that makes this place stand out. I’ve had frozen nuggets that hit harder than this.

I hate fast food. It literally makes me sick. THIS place doesn't! I had to eat and was nearby so I tried it, fully expecting to feel terrible shortly thereafter. It tasted as great as it smelled, and I felt fine! Five stars because I'm so relieved. Yes, the fries need to be crisp not floppy, but it's a legit option.

The chicken is breaded well but it's the sauce that makes the meal. Seriously I could drink the sauce alone and be content, so good!

It's okay. The chicken does not have that much flavor and some cuts just aren't good and the french fries are to over salted and just not good. I will be going back though as it is just okay.

I’ve been to this location twice. Food was so bland, no flavor in it at all. First time around, didn’t have any issues, just not great food. Decided to go back a second time because it was late and the only place open to get food at the time. I was told to “eat my food and leave” by one of the woman managers with a nasty attitude. I’m not sure how she got her job there but she is certainly NOT the person for customer service. As i sat down and ate my food feeling rushed, I was stared down by an old bald man in the kitchen. It was such an incredibly unsettling feeling and just an all around terrible experience. I would suggest not ordering food here, and if by some chance you do, certainly do not go inside during later hours because they make it very clear that they do not want you there. Terrible experience, will definitely never be coming back.

Fast food is a hard thing to get right. In most cases, from the options of good/fast/cheap, you can only pick two if you're lucky.
Canes is one of the VERY rare exceptions where you get all three. The food is simple but excellent, the service is not only fast, but personable and polite, and it all comes in at a pretty reasonable price.
I really hope to see more Raising Cane's pop up around Connecticut. They do it all right.

Definitely not what I was expecting, I too was wondering what all the hype was about, with the long waiting lines on their opening day. As someone else posted the chicken was not very flavored, and the sauce was kind of a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise, and couldn't figure the spice added. The lack of variety to the menu was the biggest disappointment. There was another restaurant down in the plaza with Marshalls, which also had a limited menu variety, it didn't last long. Service and atmosphere here, was adequate, but the food? Definitely not a returning customer....
