This place never disappoints me! I think the most shocking part, is how polite the staff are to me. It really feels like you have a close connection to the team. They’re all very polite and work really had to make this restaurant a success! Keep up the good work!

Not consistent in the portion of food they provide especially their french fries. Sometimes they give you a decent portion but sometimes they give you a noticeable small portion or something is missing from the order.

I have been putting off trying Cane's for a long time now. Unfortunately I couldn't be more disappointed. It's just chicken fingers on everything. Even if you get a sandwich, the sauce is not nearly as good as Chick-fil-A, and it was more than $18 for six chicken fingers, half a hot dog bun, and what tastes like frozen french fries... I guess I expected more.

Friendly staff, quick service, and a simple menu. Very easy to get in, get your food, and get out. You can order ahead, too, and they are open late!

The oil absorbed in the chicken was old and it tasted burnt. They never left us Canes sauce in the bag. It was a long wait. It’s not worth going here, make your own.

I like you to know how wonderful your employees are Samantha and Morgan at the Simsbury Ct location. I treated myself to a meal and was down because my Senior dog was diagnosed with pneumonia. Samantha was so friendly and sweet she cheered me up by telling me how much she likes coleslaw like me. I let her managerMorgan know she was a great asset to your company. In today's times young people as themselves do not get enough recognition. Please recognize these 2 young people for doing an outstanding job. I'm now a Raising Canes fan. Kudos to you !

The chicken itself is very good. Juicy and tender every time. You can only get plain chicken, so nothing fancy.

If going on a Friday evening, the place could be packed and you'll wait 5-15 minutes to get food. If going at any random time when its not packed during the week it'll only take up to 5 minutes.

The people taking orders are usually very fast and even if there's a long line, it move pretty fast.

I do not recommend the drive thru. You could be waiting longer in the drive thru than if you just go in and order take out.

Certainly not horrible but have no intention to return. Very expensive for such an extremely limited menu of flavorless options. Much better options in the area.
