This Starbucks is located in the Simsburytown shops plaza. There were plenty of parking when we went but the parking lot is a little tight. It's located across from the Popover Eatery. As with any Starbucks order, I placed the order via the app beforehand; this way I can get points and the drinks are usually ready when I walk in.
I think this particular cafe was very cute and cozy. There were some seating and I loved the fireplace and old historic plaque. I am assuming it's housed in a historic building. The employees were friendly and the drinks were tasty. I decided on their seasonal pistachio latte. The pickup area was located to the right of the counter. Overall, a nice Starbucks with tasty drinks.

So my girlfriend ordered her drink with oat milk. They put almond milk. Luckily, she is not allergic however it could have ended up dangerously. Went back in to ask them to remake it as she doesn’t drink almond milk. They put the sticker at the end of the line and made me wait 10 mins for a drink remake that they shouldn’t have UNSAFELY messed up in the first place. Sad.

The staff are friendly the place is clean and it’s in a good location. However you get agitated a bit when you spend 10 minutes driving to the place, and then waiting there for 30 minutes while your online order is still not done.

5 stars if they closed later and you didn't get the evil stare by mop lady 35 min before closing doors. Chairs and all are put away 30+ min before close. Customer deterant for sure.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The manager is super nice and the staff are very professional, well trained. My drink is always right and the store/ordering process is very organized. I am very pleased with the service and experience here!
I gave 2 STARS for atmosphere because sitting space is limited. There is a medium table that sits 4 but one of the employees always has it reserved with her laptop and jacket so it deters others from using it.Service is friendly.

The employee that served us was too rushed to care. All I ordered were two hot coffees with cream, not exactly difficult. First coffee was placed on the counter but I noticed it was still very dark, I requested additional cream. Visibly annoyed the staff member proceeded to fill to overblowing. I attempted to move my coffee, which was a mistake, the HOT liquid spilled all over my hand and the floor. The second drink was also too dark, and my daughter realized there was no sweetener available to add. We waited to grab someone’s attention but again were ignored. I work in the restaurant industry and I would never dream of treating a customer so dismissively. Very unhappy with our experience.
