Beautiful day on the deck!

Amazon ambiance, the ladies behind the counter kick ass and work so so hard. The wine is incredible and so is the view. Best view of any vineyard in Connecticut for sure, esp when the sun sets it is INCREDIBLE.

Beautiful location with ample seating inside and out. Extensive selection of beverages in addition to wine, and even food. Staff is friendly and accommodating. New favorite!

I recently hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at Crystal Ridge. The location and view are amazing! The upstairs includes one room for food and one for guests. It is just perfect! The guests reported they have never been to such a beautiful shower. The staff are attentive and Tina is helpful and lovely to work with. Wonderful experience!

One of the most spectacular views in all of Connecticut! The building really fancy with multiple decks and patios. Worth a trip even from far away.

Unbelievable location perched high on a hill overlooking Hartford. The perfect spot for an evening glass of wine among friends. The pizza truck was also amazing to pair with their delicious cab.

Tasted a flight of different wines. I like the idea of non stationery flight tasting; the servers marked the cups as we ordered so we could freely walk around.

Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was a bit loud due to it being a gloomy day.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this winery that completely ruined my special day as a bride. I organized a simple get-together with food and flowers—just a group of women enjoying wine and each other’s company. There were no decorations, balloons, DJ, or catering; it was just us, enjoying a casual time at the winery.

However, the staff's rudeness and unprofessionalism turned what should have been a joyful occasion into a nightmare. They were incredibly mean, repeatedly telling us that our group wasn’t welcome unless we rented a private room—something we hadn't done because it was meant to be a casual gathering. Despite our modest setup and the fact that we spent a fair amount on bottles, they treated us poorly.

The staff went out of their way to make us uncomfortable by spilling wine and failing to clean it properly. They also marked tables around us as reserved and blocked access to the patio, preventing us from taking pictures. Their behavior was unhelpful and unfriendly, and they made every effort to make our time there miserable.

This was my favorite winery, which is why I chose it for my special day, and it’s deeply disappointing to say that my friends and I will never return. The staff’s attitude and treatment were unacceptable and completely overshadowed what should have been a memorable and enjoyable celebration.

First time going to Wine Tasting ? We had a great time.The Winery sits on one of the highest parts of town with a great view of the valley. Tasty wine, beautiful atmosphere & lovely people!

Crystal Ridge is a welcoming and relaxing business with a wonderful view, inside or outside the building. The wine selection offers a choice for anyone who enjoys wine. The staff is warm and friendly and makes the experience always very enjoyable. As a resident outside the state, we always look forward to joining family at Crystal Ridge for a great bonding. We look forward to another day here to enjoy life.
