If I could write a book on how much I adore this farm, I would. But for the sake of readers I'll keep it short.
I stumbled upon Preli's Farm and Winery in my search for grape leaves for a batch of homemade dolmas. John the owner was very helpful and understanding, and thus began my loyalty.
Everything grown or made on the farm is a treat. From delicious heirloom tomatoes to giant fresh blackberries to the vast catalog of wines and ciders... I've never been disappointed.
It's clear that John, Jeanne, Bailey and the crew work their hardest to create such an impressive selection of products. I've made it my goal to visit a few times a month!
The farm itself is tranquil and inviting and the service is always top notch. Any time I've visited, I felt welcomed. Having their three-legged farm dog Daisy greet me upon arrival has brought me happiness every time!
So if you're on the search for a farm for all your needs including pick-your-own services, CSA shares, or wine tastings I suggest visiting this gem in Glastonbury.
Comfortable atmosphere, very friendly staff. Great wines, insiders, would recommend to everyone.
We saved the best for last. This farm/winery is amazing!! I don't know why we were one of the only ones here, but YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Tucked back off a dirt driveway, this farm has the cutest most relaxing area to enjoy a tasting and try fresh produce. Their wines and ciders were so inventive. Try the tomato wines, they are divisive. Joe loved it! I had to leave with the ginger cider 🩷. This is the perfect place to spend an afternoon! Welcomed by the owner, we received a great overview and lots of information. And I can't forget the cats, dog and chickens! Joe loved the old farm equipment that they still use for farming. Visit and let me know how much you love it.
Note: I bought fresh grown okra here! Also naturally fermented pickles and the best tomatoes I've ever eaten. They also sell their own honey and maple syrup!
We had a most wonderful time there. We had a surprise jack and Jill and Bailey and Joseph we soooo helpful! Total success! Try the Tomatoe wine!!!!
Lovely little farm, stopped by for some ciders and produce. Very friendly spot and the Concord Grape Cider was delicious! Excited to come back
Always a great vibe and a great time. Hard working staff who knows all about their products and what they have to offer! Look out for their events they have with different vendors and music entertainment! Small business supporting other small businesses !! We love that!
Came over the weekend to what we thought was an outside kid-friendly environment but our 2 year old toddlers were told to “shh” by a staff member as they were a bit excited/overstimulated.. other than that it was a nice environment. Loved the sampler, the peach wine was my favorite and the fruit they sold were nice and juicy. The boys enjoyed Daisy the dog, the chickens outside, and the banjo music. Hopefully next time we’ll have a better experience when we visit again.
Love this hidden gem of a farm and winery! The fruit wines are tangy, the ciders refreshing, the local produce is fresh and just picked. I asked if they had eggs and they went to the henhouse and gathered a fresh dozen! Make sure to take the Glastonbury/Rocky Hill Ferry to/from for only $5 on a weekday!
Cute farm with an even cuter dog! Friendly and knowledgeable staff/owners. We tried a flight plus one. Very unique wines, tomato was a sweet hit! Awesome selection of ciders and all is affordable. We will be back next time we’re in town. Did I mention the dog? Make sure and give Daisy a pet!
Tomato wine is incredible 🍅

Such a lovely place! That tasting wine was a great choice. You can also bring your own snack like grapes or charcuterie. My plus was having the chance to purchase some organic eggs.
I have been there for many years, and we enjoyed being there. Great Farm.
It is a treasure - First time and Joseph was so cool. On the hunt for delicious grapes!
Went to this great farm over a week ago. I was on a mission to find concord grapes just like the ones I grew up on. They were the best!!. Wonderful people and great items in addition to the grapes.. in the spring I hope to get a sampling from them to start my own grape vine...
Had a great time here trying the different wine and cider flavors! We also picked up some fresh produce and maple syrup at the farm stand. Everyone that worked here was very kind and welcoming. We will be coming back again for sure!
