I loved this place so much!! The pastries were so good, especially the chocolate croissants. The service was amazing, and I was served fast! My waitress, Adriana, was super kind and helpful and made my first experience memorable. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat!!

BEST FRENCH BAGUETTE IN CONNECTICUT. Please prove me wrong! Also Great place for pastries, coffee, a quick bite, their soups are out of this world too. I've been coming to SoNo Bakery for almost 10 years now and never had a bad meal.
Super friendly and helpful staff specially Valeria, Javier, Lauren and the whole crew are always happy to help which is hard to find these days.... and I definitely recommend their burger on an English Muffin for lunch and their SoNo Egg Sandwich for breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, fast and professional service, few seats for 4 people.
We ordered a breakfast burrito which was wonderful and a spinach and goat cheese frittata which was excellent.

I ask for the simplest things like catchup, jelly on the side and for some reasons it’s always missing. Happened to me 4x. Even asked in person, If it was in the bag because they always forget. They confirmed it was there when it really wasn’t. They are very negligent with take out orders. I’m very disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with the stuff ! Very bad customer service the food is great ! But the staff needs to be more professional

Love the food here but they never seem to get an order over the phone right. Not sure what the issue is. Whenever we order food and bring it home, once we open it it's wrong. Even ordering a coffee inside they seem to get it wrong. Make sure to inspect your takeout I guess before you bring it home.

Fantastic sourdough and pastries (especially the croissants)Things are pricey but worth it. Quality is top notch. They focus on small details like using homemade preserves and nicely toasted almonds. The flaky pastries here rival France . Sourdough flavors alternate which make sono bakery a fun place to try new sourdough concepts. Some breads are better than others but all are good quality. Highly recommend the almond croissants
