Everything is great but the almond croissans are sprecial! Go early for bread and almond croissants which go fast at this location. We enjoy picking up bread and treats at Sono's stand at the New Havens Farmer's market on Saturdays

10/10! Obsessed with their breakfast, best bacon egg and cheese on the best croissant! And their iced matcha and coffee lattes with speciality flavors are insane. Obviously the bakery is incredible too

Overpriced Part of the tables are in the hallway, without any ambiance Wifi is very poor, I was not able to connect so it is not the place for remote working with a nice coffee

Sad to write this review as I used to love the sono baking company. After calling in my order this morning and walking in to pick it up I was immediately met with attitude from your two women working the counter. After receiving my food, I asked if there were utensils in the bag for which I got a quick but annoyed “yeah.” I waited for my small latte with oat milk, and was also met with attitude when receiving that. I get out to my car only to notice there were no utensils in the bag causing me to walk back in to request two sets of utensils which I was rudely told “they are behind you”. About 15 minutes after drinking my coffee I realized I was not given oat milk but in fact whole milk and have been sick ever since. I wouldn’t have even cared that much besides the fact that the girls there look and act like they would rather be anywhere else but working there. Do better.

I’d like to give a huge tribute to Sono Baking Company in Norwalk, Connecticut, for their exceptional service and delectable treats. Ordering cookies from them was a seamless experience, and their expert guidance helped us choose the perfect ones for a funeral. Their thoughtful consideration of our needs, including separating the cookies into nut-free and nut-containing containers, was truly impressive. The cookies were absolutely divine, and everyone marveled at their deliciousness. Thank you again for your outstanding service. If I could, I would give you a 10-star rating, you truly deserve it!

This is the best bakery I've been to in the Westport area. I have really enjoyed all of the baked goods I've purchased here over the years which include croissants, scones, pies, cakes, tea breads, various loafs of breads, muffins and a variety of pastries. The staff is very friendly. I'm only sad that they closed their cafe in Southport and now I have to travel much further to visit them.

I’m furious and will not return here. Check their website, the sandwiches I ordered were $13 and $15.50 respectively. The menu on the wall showed prices as higher, then the insult, a THIRD menu, printed and sticky on the counter , had even higher prices! I wound up paying $17.50 for an ordinary turkey sandwich Dirty table, sneaky overpriced food Never again And I’m local and have come here for years, but I feel scammed
