“Yesterday was an amazing birthday for me as I spent it at Greer Southern Table‼️ Beautiful experience and I loved it🥰 I love how Greer goes around each table and greets her guest with full conversations. My favorite dish was the monkey bread and the chicken was nice and crispy. I hope she whip up that yam sauce we talked about for those egg rolls lol. “Went to The Clubhouse yesterday for Sunday football and lunch — what a great atmosphere! The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the service was excellent. We watched the games on the HUGE screen TV, then had a blast playing darts and golf. After that, we headed up to the rooftop for a cocktail, which had such a great vibe. There’s so much to do, and everything—from the food to the fun—made it an amazing day. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Food quality / price (value) rating 9. The atmosphere is eclectic antique Colonial home. The menu features several unusual dishes and some very original cocktails. I had the Slow Pan-Roasted Pork Chop with potato latkes and a side of sauteed mushrooms, all of which were very good. The wife had the Summer Courgetti Ribbons, a pasta and vegetable entree that was very unusual and flavorful. The prices were very fair, especially for this area of Connecticut. The service was a little lax, but in fairness, we arrived just before a big rush of dinner patrons. The manager, a young woman named Danny, was informative and took time to inform us about the restaurant's history. We had a great experience, and will certainly come again.”

“My husband and I recently hosted our baby shower for our first baby at Flinder's last weekend (3/21/26), and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hosted roughly 55 people and utilized the entire restaurant for our private event (restaurant buyout). From the onset, Ross and Eric (Mgr. + Assistant Mgr.) were incredibly friendly, responsive to all my questions via email, and agreed to meet not once, but TWICE in-person to ensure all details were accounted for, and that our requests would be accommodated. The event ran smoothly because of their professionalism and attention to detail. During the event, the kitchen, bar, and wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, friendly, and honestly felt like part of the party the entire time. Our family and friends raved about the entire experience, including the service, the food, and the configuration of the space. We left smiling from ear-to-ear, and are incredibly grateful to everyone at Flinder's for helping to make our baby shower a great success!”

Our waiter, Pedro, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish exceeded expectations. I also appreciated that the manager was walking around, checking in and greeting guests—it gave the whole place a warm, welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this restaurant! I knew the food would be delicious as always but I was particularly pleased with the beautiful presentation. Sam was also a pleasure to work with as he guided me to the selections. “This place is nothing short of amazing. We went on a recommendation of a friend for our wedding anniversary. As soon as we walked in we were treated like family. When they found out it was our anniversary they gave us a glass of champagne. The calamari was incredible. Not oily and so flavorful. The linguini fruit ti di mara was delicious. My wife had the special with clams and mussels and that too was delicious. They constantly checked on us and made us feel so welcome. For dessert we shared a Carrot cake and it was so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you making our anniversary special.”
