The food is always good here but recently I think it changed hands. The clam strips went from awesome down to just flowery doughy no flavor lamb strips. I think they don’t make them with the cornmeal anymore so it doesn’t give that sweetness crunch to it anymore. very disappointed hopefully they figure it out and bring it back. That was my favorite thing to get there. I can’t really judge the rest of it as I think it has a different ownership now so I’m not sure what else has changed. Service is always good though.

Stopped at Denmo’s Famous for a quick bite and it sure hit the spot. Hot dog was fresh off the grill, bun soft, and the toppings were piled on right, not stingy. Fries came out hot and crispy, and the folks at the window were friendly and fast. Good little stand to grab a simple, tasty meal when you are on the go

After seeing other reviews, we made it a point to stop here on our road trip. It did not disappoint! The crab cake sammie was so delicious, my husband devoured his hot dog and the fries were fantastic! Denmo came out and hung out at our table and he was just the friendliest, down to earth guy. We chatted about the history of the place, the area- overall a great spot for us to grab a bite, stretch your legs and enjoy good food!
This is the right spot to go get a quick snak with your love one or kids. Is very family center. Nothing fancy, but is more to get your mind off the daily stress. Is perfect to make new friends.

Really need to watch the screen when you order. Didn’t get anything right.
We visited after it being recommended by many. The hotdog when adding chili, slaw and mustard is too much for the container and bun, so it all spills out and it’s just a hot dog with the essence lol still good - thankfully they provide wet naps!!
The crab cake Sammie was delish and sweet potato fries were still talking about how good they were.
The outside dining is good for good weather but bees and flies will also be guests as your table be aware. So if that’s not for you - get it and eat somewhere else.

Food quality and preparation has gone down dramatically. I am okay with price increases to a degree but at least keep the high standards. Also charging for tap water is wild.

Denmos is exactly what you would expect from a clam shack. They have fried fish, hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers, etc. The cheese curds were fantastic as was the homemade marinara that accompanied them. My kids loved their corn dogs. Unfortunately I went off the reservation and ordered with my belly instead of my head....it's a fried food place...the goobler turkey sandwich has no place on the menu. Definitely worth visiting as long as you stay on track for a yummy artery-filling fried food bonanza.
