Stopped in to take a break from our trip to Boston via 84. At 6:30pm on a Wednesday night, we walked in to all of the chairs upside down on top of each table. The place had just been mopped - we thought it must be closing. Before we could ask, the employee who was sitting down at a booth on her phone told us that the bathrooms were out of service. As we were planning on using the restrooms and then getting coffee and sweet treats for our family of four before getting back on the road, we left. Upon reflection of this weird interaction, we wondered if the employee just wanted to clean up early and go home. We were totally going to spend money in this store. Unfortunately, we were chased away.

Nice place, good service and seating. However, the music being played inside the dining area is very loud and extremely annoying. I had to walk out the place before finishing my dining. Totally frustrating, I'm a senior so maybe the Dunkin management should show some concern for people like me. Reduce the volume please!

On a cross country road trip as a travel nurse and stopped at this Dunkin. My family got coffee and food and I, unfortunately, had a bathroom emergency. I was in there for a few minutes, but when you are an IBS girly, I don’t know what to tell you! Why was the Dunkin employee banging on the door, telling me it wasn’t my personal bathroom and I needed to get out?! It made a humiliating situation that much more humiliating.

Order delivery an hour before closing. Short distance to my house. Driver gets there, no doughnuts left, fine. No cooler drink, fine replace with another. My other bagel I ordered was prepared wrong. It was toasted with cream cheese on it, both incorrect. The large cappuccino was barely half filled. I drank it in 10 seconds. Not a $7 drink. This location will never improve. Sad.
This location of D&D is the worst I've ever seen. In short, the service took 25 mins for 2 simple drinks with several people who ordered food and drinks after me got theirs...and I had the same drinks! They also have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. In fact, 2 police officers told me they dont use this location for these very reasons.. something to be said if they would go out of their way not to get coffee there!

This Dunkin is a joke. I have gone in by myself and with my fiancé and gotten aggressively bad service on both occasions. Your manager and employees have no problem flirting heavily with my fiancé and giving him stellar service but when it's me a woman you guys don't even want to do the bare minimum. Hell I picked up my items this morning and it looks like someone took a couple of huge drinks out if my drink. If this is the kind of service that you're choosing to offer then maybe you need to find a different job! I'm sick of this kind of treatment!

My husband went to pick up my online order and just because he wanted to add whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top the lady had a nasty attitude and didn't even put the correct lid on. There is no way to add it in app so they shouldn't have a attitude when customers ask its there job to tend to customers. Bad experience. Wake up on the right side of the bed next time please.
