Order delivery an hour before closing. Short distance to my house. Driver gets there, no doughnuts left, fine. No cooler drink, fine replace with another. My other bagel I ordered was prepared wrong. It was toasted with cream cheese on it, both incorrect. The large cappuccino was barely half filled. I drank it in 10 seconds. Not a $7 drink. This location will never improve. Sad.

This location of D&D is the worst I've ever seen. In short, the service took 25 mins for 2 simple drinks with several people who ordered food and drinks after me got theirs...and I had the same drinks! They also have the rudest staff I have ever encountered. In fact, 2 police officers told me they dont use this location for these very reasons.. something to be said if they would go out of their way not to get coffee there!

This Dunkin is a joke. I have gone in by myself and with my fiancé and gotten aggressively bad service on both occasions. Your manager and employees have no problem flirting heavily with my fiancé and giving him stellar service but when it's me a woman you guys don't even want to do the bare minimum. Hell I picked up my items this morning and it looks like someone took a couple of huge drinks out if my drink. If this is the kind of service that you're choosing to offer then maybe you need to find a different job! I'm sick of this kind of treatment!

My husband went to pick up my online order and just because he wanted to add whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top the lady had a nasty attitude and didn't even put the correct lid on. There is no way to add it in app so they shouldn't have a attitude when customers ask its there job to tend to customers. Bad experience. Wake up on the right side of the bed next time please.

Inspired by childhood memories, we pulled off the highway to experience a Boston crème donut. Something I adored as a child but have not had in several decades. Now I'm not saying I'm old but I've been around a long time. Let me first share my bathroom experience. It did not disappoint. Cleanliness was acceptable. There was an eco friendly dryer and the ambiance was appropriate. We ordered the cold brew, Boston crème donut and a newer menu item ( at least considering that I have not been to Duncan donuts in several decades as noted previously) the mini bagel bites. The cold brew was okay--met the need but nothing special. The Boston crème was as I remember, yummy but on the sweet side. The mini bagel bites were a delightful surprise. We got the everything version. It was served warm and there was a delectable blend of bagel dough, schmear, and seasoning. However there is one caveat. As we all know everything seasoning is the taste that keeps on giving and as such it may require some post bagel consumption flossing. DD should consider serving with a toothpick to encourage excellence in oral hygiene.

Found this Dunkin Donuts by accident. Really only needed to use the restroom (clean enough) but got a donut and some drinks. Service fine, odd where my drink was for pickup- on the counter of an opened door to the kitchen. Good it had a label on it or I wouldn’t have known it was for me! Nice sitting area- never saw a Dunkin Donuts with a fireplace!

Seating area and restaurant portion are nice at this location. The employees were friendly but the coffee was garbage. Literally the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. How do you make an iced coffee with oatmilk taste like water? I don’t know, but somehow they managed to make my coffee taste like water from the tap twice in a row. I’m never coming back here. Literally I went to the gas station right next to the Dunkin and got a coffee that was wayyyy better. Honestly this experience is one I’ll never forget. Dunkin sucks. You couldn’t pay me to grab coffee from there.

I'm not one to ever leave a review of any place good or bad. However, I stopped going there because I would order ahead of time and the food still wouldn't be ready and I would basically leave with nothing. I stopped in today and nothing changed. The workers were clearly stressed out completely. The manager said to another employee he is going to burn the place to the ground. He then threatened another employee saying he was going to make him clean out the cooler without letting him put a sweatshirt on. Anyways, I again left without my order. I mean that's one thing. I just feel bad for the people who work there so I will not be back.

Very friendly staff! My only complaint that the bathroom can use some air fresheners, but besides that it's great! Cashier helped me make my order recommended hash browns and taught me what a Dirty Chai Latte is and I've enjoyed my lunch here. I also have noticed the staff have great and friendly interactions with each other and I love seeing teammates get along! Outside the store is beautiful and Remarkable view of hills & valleys it makes my meal that more great. Thank y'all!
