Ordered pizza take out a few times and they were delicious. Left overs even tasted great cold the next day. Decided to try the restaurant one night, and it was pretty good. We did feel a little rushed, but the food was good. The restaurant is nice and cozy, clean and nicely lit. A solid choice if you're in the mood for Italian.

The best pizza in Southbury. Most consistent delivery time and time again. The desserts are especially nice as well.

The salads and food fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. There was a limited selection of herbal teas, but overall very good.

Being from Connecticut originally and traveling back regularly...we found we are trying more and more restaurants that were on our list but never able to try prior to moving to PA. Julios Wood Fired Pizza did not disappoint. We went on a Monday evening after arriving from Western PA later than usual and decided to try. Im so happy we did. It was a nice crowd with friendly staff to greet us. Seated right away a warm and homey/comfortable atmosphere and greeted by the wait staff (Garson?) within minutes. He was friendly, relaxed and professional all at once. Always attentive after bringing us our drinks/ and then Caprese salad. Garson also asked if we would like bread with our salad before bringing it - since pizza was on our mind - we passed on the bread basket but maybe next trip! ;) The salad was delicious. It was light with vine ripe tomatoes, generous slices of buffalo mozzarella and basil as well as bringing us extra Balsamic drizzle! I perfect salad. The pizzas we ordered were delicious...wood fired so if you like a crispier thin crust...(ask about the different crust styles in case you're unsure) You will love the pizzas! We had a margarita pizza and a red pizza with pepperoni for my spouse. Both were delicious. Cooked perfectly. And served hot and timely! The overall meal was near perfect!! I can't way enough about this hidden gem in Southbury CT. Try it if you like relaxing atmosphere and super delicious food! We cannot wait to go back!
