Stopped by the Southbury location on a Thursday night ordered a meatball sub delicious as usual the female servers were super friendly, the atmosphere seemed tense there was a young lady yelling obnoxiously for "Alexis" to shut off and she also seemed to be having a conflict with a fellow male staff it definitely made me uncomfortable and the lack of professionalism while customers were present was ridiculous. I was kinda shocked never experienced that ever while coming to your establishment. Owell maybe a off ?day everyone has them.

Order was not correct. I could and would have not minded except the Chicken cutlet on the wrong one was fatty and grizzly. Was pretty disappointed because the last time they were very good .

Great place to eat not far off the highway. They got me with the sign while I was traveling past. The grilled chicken balsamic was a great healthy alternative to fast food. The potato salad was great too. Nice staff with a New England flavor! They ring the bell with a "gratsi" of you leave a tip :D good seating inside and out.

Been here 3 times and the food wasn't bad but every time I had to take the whole sandwich apart and put it back together so that I could have an even distribution of all the ingredients. They are busy at times and it doesn't seem to take that long to get the order but it was thrown together very quickly and without much care.

Nardelli’s grinder shop is beyond wonderful. Both food and staff. Just recently they have taken medium takeout orders from me on last minute basis and came through with absolutely flying colors. THE.ABSOLUTE.BEST.BREAD you will ever find, anywhere. Always fresh, and I haven't found a comparable grinder roll anywhere else. The sandwiches are made to order, the ingredients are top notch, and the staff always go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied.But then, I'm partial as this is a regular stop for me!
