I go to Starbucks in southbury every morning and the staff there is absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The one thing that needs to change is the straw situation. This is a very busy location and there is no reason for the staff to be handing out straws and taking them a way from making all our delicious drinks. They have them located behind the counter and not accessible to the customers. Who ever came up with this idea should 100% rethink there decision.

Pleasant
Starbucks was extremely clean. Nice and neat. Good atmosphere. The staff were very nice. The service was good for them being extremely busy. My food was good, my daughter's drink and her cake pop were good as well.
No complaints!! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location!! I'd give it a 9/10... A 9 out of 10!!
Thank you to the staff for being so nice and kind!! 😊

super slow and they aren’t very polite at all, and they need more space for their employees than customers

Shut down for months for renovation but couldn't shut down for a couple of days during the dog days of summer to fix the AC. Not fair to the employees or the customer. Edit: Wonderful response from (Owner) I will not be a customer anymore and I will not contact starbucks.
Not sure where they find the staff. They are slow and need more training in customer service. They are also closed and no sign to let ppl know what’s happening there. Are they under renovation??

I sent my husband to get a coffee for me. The same guy who took his order, also called his name and handed him the coffee and my husband asked him if that was his coffee and said yes, but when I brought it back, they refused to make me the coffee my husband ordered instead blamed him and told me to bad. Usually I would have not returned it, but because tans are hard at wings are expensive I chose to don’t splurge on an eight dollar coffee. There was no label on the coffee either. I am very disappointed it southbury Starbucks and will not be returning to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. My brother and I walked in and there was only one customer in the store, waiting for her drink to finish being made - We did not receive a greeting nor did anyone acknowledge that I was standing at the register waiting to order… after 5 minutes of going completely ignored I left. Again, no acknowledgment. I’m pretty sure the ugly little hipster girl in the glasses chuckled when I said “I guess no one sees us”
I buy an grande iced coffee each day and then get a refill. $4 p/d x 365 days a year is about $1,500 but of course if my kids are with me I buy more. So the snooty lady on Sunday afternoon is like why doesn't your cup have a sticker on it with an attitude. How the hell do I know. I buy it and drink it. I don't prepare it and put a sticker. For a lower price and no attitude, I'll start going to Panera or the SBUX in Sandy Hook/Newtown border bc I don't need your drama.
