I go to Starbucks in southbury every morning and the staff there is absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The one thing that needs to change is the straw situation. This is a very busy location and there is no reason for the staff to be handing out straws and taking them a way from making all our delicious drinks. They have them located behind the counter and not accessible to the customers. Who ever came up with this idea should 100% rethink there decision.

Starbucks was extremely clean. Nice and neat. Good atmosphere. The staff were very nice. The service was good for them being extremely busy. My food was good, my daughter's drink and her cake pop were good as well.
No complaints!! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location!! I'd give it a 9/10... A 9 out of 10!!

I applaud any young person getting a new job and every new job requires a learning curve. However, when two people take your order and then it comes out wrong and you stand there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for your drink while other people are getting served, that should clue staff and that somethings wrong. Then when you figure out the order was put in the computer incorrectly, you don’t tell the person go back to the register and pay for the one that you wanted and they...
