Had dinner with an old friend and decided to try this new place.. First of all the bartender/waitress Sarah is a QUEEN who ran the show and took perfect care of us! From the food to the atmosphere/music it really feels like you’re in NYC at a trendy instagram cocktail bar! We shared the deviled eggs, chicken bao, & tuna wonton nachos and left feeling comfortably full.

What a great addition to Southbury, CT! Bevy Co has both amazing food and cocktails, especially with their new spring menu. Service was excellent and super cozy, yet up-scale vibe inside.Food is delicious - some of my favorites included the burrito bowl (super generous portions), chicken bao buns, burrata salad and tuna wonton nachos.I highly suggest finishing the meal with their espresso martinis and fried dough. You could get the espresso martinis regular or lavender or pistachio. The fried dough was warm, light and fluffy and so delicious. You could get this savory, topped with marinara sauce, or sweet, topped with cinnamon sugar. Better than I’ve had from any fair.

I loved the decor inside! It was a cozy spot. The food was good but needed some tweaking. I thought my salmon was good but the rice felt too soupy and soggy. The drinks were delicious!

A great place to gather and enjoy the moment! Stevie, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. We went there with a group of 14, and Stevie accommodated us in the back room, which is designed for larger groups. Everyone (there were a lot of world class travelers in the group) loved the food & drinks.Try it, you won't be disappointed!Parking: The parking lot is small and fills out very fast. You can park across the street.

We had an amazing time here. It’s nice to finally see a “speakeasy” type of bar in the area where cocktails are artfully made and tasted amazing! My only critique would be to lower the music a tiny bit. I saw some others provided the same feedback in the receipt books. It was hard to have any type of conversation.

I can't speak any higher of this establishment. The craft cocktails are to die for and truly something Southbury needed to see. Their food is so appetizing and delicious as well. Any suggestions are well received and taken with the utmost consideration, I love how friendly all of the staff is and how beautifully everything is decorated. A must try!!!
