I got a to go order, got to the to go counter and gave the younger lady my name. She said she would be right back, but she never came back, after 10 MINUTES a sever who was very kind, got me my order that literally was right there sitting on the shelf. Get all the way home and have no condiments or ANY of my wings not even silverware. The food was okay but the service was not.

2/14/26 Daughter, grandson and I visited this location early afternoon. There were less than a dozen patrons. We waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged, greeted, seated and opted to leave.

Food was cold , order was wrong and missing items . When I called to complain the phone just Rang and rang . Took at least 10 calls to get an answer then when I told them what I was missing they told me I can come get it after I had already gotten back home . I guess it can be partly my fault for not checking but then again should I have to ? Like it’s your job. You get paid to do it

I usually don’t write reviews but this one deserves one because it’s just that ridiculous. Let me just preface this by saying I am pregnant and have been looking forward to wings all day. For anyone who’s ever been pregnant before then you know if your body is craving something, you need to feed that craving.
My husband ordered wings to have delivered for when I got home from work. The order slip very clearly states RANCH DRESSING x4 for me (who hates blue cheese), and blue cheese x6 for him. What did we get? lol……we got 4 not even half filled blue cheese dipping sauces. Not even an exaggeration the dipping sauce cups had MAYBE a tablespoon amount filled in each cup. No ranch was to be found. I would love to know who thought that was acceptable to send out for delivery with a tablespoon around of dipping sauce in a cup for 40 freakin wings!
Apparently the Southington location hires kindergarten reading level employees who can’t follow directions or read an order slip. This is not the first time this location has incorrectly packaged a delivery order. Not to mention, right on the bag itself is a sticker they have to put on with a checklist that’s supposed to be checked off with the employees name ect. None of that was filled out of course so I can’t even address the incompetent person and suggest an eye exam or maybe a new career since bagging food and obtaining correct dipping sauces is too hard.

It's great here! The service is AMAZING! They always check up on you and ask if the foods good! And also the food is AMAZING! But the soda is a bit buns but it doesn't matter. It's very positive and looks cool in here! 5.0!

Ordered a cheeseburger for take out on the 3rd of this month at 7pm and wow that was the best cheeseburger I ever had. The man who came out to help me was extremely nice and had great positive work ethic vibes.

Emily was very friendly and respectful. The food and desserts were perfect. It wasn't cold or very hot. She delivered everything in a timely manner. She made us feel welcome, providing one of the best services we've had. I gave her a 25% tip. She needs a raise! Highly recommend.
