It's insane that burger king would rather lose a customer than honor their own words. The site said I would earn 1000 points if I tried all 3 whoppers. The fine print said I had to "activate" the offer first. Customer service is refusing to give me the 1000 points. Blatant scam.

I ordered through door dash and did not receive 2 of my items. DoorDash only refunded a portion of my missing items and my son and I were left with no dinner. I would blame DoorDash but the driver was handed a sealed big bag and had no way to verify my order so the blame is on the restaurant. Very disappointed and the food we did receive tasted cold and off-putting. Spent almost $50 for a terrible terrible dinner. I work in a restaurant and this is just unacceptable and shows a lack of care when packing orders. 0 stars

Always friendly, the restaurant is always clean and compared to other BKs, the food is always fresh, hot and not all greasy or sloppy like the store in Wallingford...I was leaving work in North Haven and there is a Burger King in Wallingford, I wanted my usual large fry which I get free through the app, I get a double cheeseburger with a vanilla shake all under $10. As long as use my BK app...once in a while I have enough crown points to get a free shake or whatever you want, depending on how many crowns you have accumulated.
P.s. I just found out if you don't use them (? crowns) you lose them...

I was standing in front of the register for around 5 minutes and the lady was on the earphones talking to someone not related to work and the manager was on the drive thru window. Ignore me completely and after 5 min they tell me I can't order there cuz the register is closed. They could have told me since they weren't busy. Then I finished using the bathroom where it was very sticky. The store is clean but the bathroom and their attitude are not nice

Around 10:45pm on 04/29/24, I placed a mobile order for an impossible sandwich, I usually order here once a week as I get out of work late very often and have never had a problem until this evening. I bit into my sandwich and pulled a long brown strand of hair imbedded in my tomato, I was shocked and used my phone flashlight to make sure it wasn’t mistaken for a piece of lettuce or string and sure enough it was a long straggly piece of hair . Please enforce your employers to wear hairnets even late at night as this is a health hazard . For future customers, this was on queen street in Southington .
