I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Cadillac Ranch Restaurant in Southington. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacks basic standards of professionalism and customer service.

I am truly disappointed that you canceled a charity concert starting Cody Wolfe in June! A concert that was starting to get momentum! Lots of upset fans!!
Last Saturday evening I went to Cadillac Ranch and was going to have dinner, listen to music and watch people dance. Unfortunately my service dog and I were denied access to the facility. Upon my paying the 10.00 cover they saw I had a service dog. The Lady at the door had to call Peter. Peter was called out to talk with me about my service dog.
