Service was great even though it was very busy. Each dining room is set up differently, we were expecting a Valentine's atmosphere we got Christmas, atmosphere was still very nice. Food was ok, was expecting better tasting food. We made a reservation so wait time was a couple minutes.

We had the most beautiful Valentine's experience at Cava. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was festive (and romantic if going with a loved one. I went with a friend 😉 ).
The food was absolutely exceptional — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor n they met my dietary needs. You could truly taste the care and creativity in each bite.
What made the evening even more special was the incredible hospitality. The manager, Ryan, personally took care of us throughout dinner, acting as our waiter and making sure every detail was perfect. Afterward, he even sat down with us to chat, which made the whole experience feel warm, personal, and unforgettable.
Cava gave us more than just a meal — it gave us a memory. We can’t wait to return n experience their future themed decor. ❤️

I don’t know what the other reviews are about, but went here for valentines dinner, everything was perfect. We had the chicken Marsala and chicken scarpariello best we have ever had!! The wine also very good!!

I wouldn’t use a gift certificate if someone gave me one. The restaurant has an odd smell. A mix of strong air freshener and bleach. Gaudy decorations, Christmas treats hung upside down from the ceilings-on Valentine's day. Will never go back. We should have read the reviews. Definitely the worst/ overpriced meal ever. A narrow hallway getting to the dinning areas. Have to stand on sides to let waitress’s get by.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. That said, it feels more like a gimmick to get people in the door. The food is very expensive and doesn’t really match the quality you’re getting.

Another thing I didn’t like is that they require you to order a 3- or 4-course meal. It feels like they structure it that way because otherwise people might just come for the ambiance and order something small — but as a restaurant, that’s part of the business. My partner and I usually prefer ordering 3–4 appetizers and sometimes splitting an entrée, but here everyone is required to order their own entrée and follow a fixed multi-course format with an appetizer and dessert. If you like sampling different things, that setup makes it difficult.

Overall, the décor is stunning. If you’re celebrating something like an anniversary, it might be worth it for the vibe. Just don’t go in expecting the food to be amazing.

My fiancé and I just had a Valentine’s Day dinner here, it was our first time trying Cava Restaurant after seeing all of the social media posts online of all the decorations, especially the Valentine’s Day theme. We were EXTREMELY disappointed. First, they sat us in a room that still seemed to have Christmas decorations up which was confusing because all of the videos we’ve seen online made it seem like they decorated everything after the Valentine’s theme, the room they sat us in was CRAMMED with people in a relatively small area, it was also sweltering in there, I don’t think the AC was working at all. Second, the food came out slowly which we expected because of the busy day but what we didn’t expect was how mediocre the food would be, My fiancé order the surf and turf and the steak was not cooked correctly at all, she ordered it medium well and they brought it out medium rare instead. I ordered the 21 ounce ribeye, the quality of the meat was sub par at best, it was lathered in a cheap sauce which didn’t really taste like anything, the mashed potatoes were bland and not even smooth as well. I’ve had better steak at Texas Roadhouse, for a supposedly “fine dining” experience this was an absolute joke. To top off everything, one of the bus boys knocked over my Fiancés purse and spilled everything all over the floor! After that, we asked our server, who was being very short with us all night, to send back my fiancés dish for something else. When he came back with her new dish they didn’t give her utensils! We had to wait another 10 minutes for her to even start eating! At that point we both had enough and decided we would like to leave early, even though the Valentine’s Day menu was a three course meal. We talked to the manager to see if they could work with us seeing as our experience was pretty awful and they were COMPLETELY DISMISSIVE, they cut my fiancé off and insisted we pay for everything full price even though we hadn’t even gotten through our second course. We paid and left, and will NEVER be returning again. This establishment clearly doesn’t care about customers satisfaction at all, their only concern is turning as many tables and drawing people in with the decorations you can’t even enjoy because of how crowded and busy the place is, not to mention you can’t even pick where you’d like to sit. If you’re looking for a nice date night with a good atmosphere, please STEER CLEAR of Cava Restaurant, what an awful experience.

My recent dining experience at Cava Restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Drove for about an hour and a half from home, all thanks to their amazing promotion! 🚗💨 We felt rushed from the moment we arrived, pressured to order, eat, and pay quickly, as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than valued patronage. It's clear their priority is turning tables over, not customer satisfaction. The food was mediocre, and the constant pressure overshadowed any potential enjoyment. The decor might be appealing, but it's not enough to compensate for such a poor experience. I’m not even the type to leave reviews but this place got me mad enough. Wrong reservations they spilled open my purse on the floor. they r such in a rush to get u in and out my steak was raw twice came out still looking the same I asked for something else by the time it came out I was over it they gave me no utensils I asked for drinks in a hour I got just the water that was there to begin with the manager is awful wouldn’t work with us in anyway he was laughing at me with his co workers oh and this was my Valentine’s Day!! Adriana our server was so sweet the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They all accommodated my request for pics lol. The atmosphere was MAGICAL❤️ My birthday is Valentine’s day so the Valentines room was my favorite!! The food was good and I had a blast.
