We went 2 years ago, and it was across the board fantastic, now with that being said, we just went for the Halloween theme and it was disappointing to say the least. the hocus pocus them had much to be desired, it was very poorly portrayed! especially the look of the 3 Sanderson sisters!!! I had Glinda's bubbles for a cocktail, which the server assured me was sweet, and it did certainly smell that way, but one sip and I couldn't drink it!!!! WAY TO STONG???? the appetizers we had were however very good, the meatballs and 6 cheese bread. dinner... we had Penne ala Vodka with chicken and shrimp. Which by the way is what we had last time, and it was amazing then. NOT THIS TIME! not only was it under cooked but lacked in flavor and creaminess. Plus, it got cold very fast due to the OPEN rooftop!!! Our desert cake slices were dry as well, but seriously this is not even the worst of it. I got full very quickly, took maybe 4 bites of dinner and asked the server to wrap the rest to go, plus my husband added his into my plate. I received A very tiny tin container that barely fit a cake slice into it!!!!!!!! I ask the server about it, and she explained to me the only have small containers for leftovers. The rest goes in the garbage!!! what!!! Si I paid for food to be thrown out!!!! $250.00 LATER I AM NOT VERY AHPPY WITH THIS PLACE. BRING YOUR OWN TO-GO CONTAINERS PEOPLE!!!!

First and last time I go. Drove for quite a while to get there, and the parking was a nightmare. Luckily, we had a reservation because otherwise, the wait would’ve been pretty long — there was a huge line to get in. The place’s decoration is beautiful, perfect for taking nice photos. However, the food wasn’t great; it was lukewarm, seemed reheated rather than freshly made, not hot at all. Honestly, you’re better off ordering a charcuterie board and garlic bread than a meal from the menu. Drinks- not bad

The food is good and the atmosphere is really cool. Depends what theme you're seeing, but definitely fun and a cool experience. The dry ice drinks for Wicked were tasty. For me, the best part was our waitress, Kenya. You can tell the staff is under pressure to keep everything moving, but Kenya kept a smile on her face and was so kind and warm the entire time. She chatted with us even when she clearly had a lot of other tables and made us feel special. Great time overall. Make sure to check out the rooftop bar!

The Halloween decorations were great, but the food and drinks mediocre and way over priced

Upon arriving we were asked to go to the bar and me and my fiance sat and I quote my fiance appeared like he was 10 years old which I thought was extremely disrespectful and the bartender proceeded to slam his ID on the counter. When heading up to the patio upstairs and placing orders the server must’ve recommended and appetizer I mentioned to want which he named 3 items and proceeds to say “well that’s what I said “ and it just seems like a ton of backhanded remarks from the staff.

Delilah a female server attempted to sell us different items while we were still looking at the menu and when the food got brought out i had a side of lobster tail and it was really delayed and I finished my meal and there was no point on haveing the lobster then tells me I should of told her If I didnt want it 20 minutes ago but its fine and then states she has to pay for it and it will be 22 dollars out her pocket but its find and then attempted to take my girls food and on top of it she proceed to talk to us really rudely and proceeded to guilt trip us and trying to say she has a baby and says she has to pay for the lobster tail but then the manager came by and asked me what happened and wasn't happy to hear in the waitress Delilah that she lied about paying for the lobster tail and then she proceeded to try to sell us deserts even tho we dont want anything and then never brought us her to go meal untill we asked and now I am worried she spit or did something to her meal and I dont appreciate it at all so I may not ever come back here after this bad experience because I wanted a fine dinning experiance not a pushy sale experiance so very much not appreciated

Food was good, nice decor but the fact that is just one bathroom and having to go all the way down to the first floor to use it it is an inconvenience

TBH THE FOOD SUCKS! Drinks are creative but weak. The deserts are quite tasteful And rotating but The food here has always Sucked to say the least lol no disrespect. I’m pretty sure everyone can agree with me on that one here, Which I don’t know by now, why they haven’t switched up their chef, but it would definitely do wonders for their bottom line if they did. Possibly their ratings too lol n Another thing that really bothered me about this place is that they offer you tap water and then charge you for the bottle. Meanwhile, they’re just literally filling the bottle up in the sink. They don’t even open it in front of you and they’re all reused bottles and then God forbid you have a party of eight and y’all drink 10 bottles of water. They think they’re gonna charge you like $80. I don’t remember if it was six or eight dollars a bottle of water but like since when are we Charged to drink out the water fountain/faucet? On top of recycled bottles at that. Where they do that at? Jw lol 😂 Like where’s the acqua panna at?

Although the food was average, but our waitress Kenya was literally the best and made up for it, will go back to try some other dishes.

We did the hocus pocus on the roof top. It was a neat experience, atmosphere was nice, service was fantastic from our waitress Samantha. We had the oysters which were small but tasty, lobster bisque which was amazing along with the French onion soup. Entrees we had lobster ravioli which the ravioli seemed slightly undercooked but flavor was there. Zuppa de pesci which was huge portion and delicious.

Made reservation for daughter's 8th birthday, which it noted on the online reservation. 630 reservation/ arrived at 620. the restaurant decorations are great. really wanted to like this place and go again, but the food was just ok and the service was horrible. Did not receive drinks or appetizers until 730/ already there an hour. kept getting other people's food put on our table. had to ask 3 times for our appetizers, with the soup coming out cold. At 830 I had to request the check because my daughter fell asleep at the table waiting for desserts to be offered. nobody acknowledged it was her birthday, even after telling the staff. I would have been there 3 hours if I ordered dessert. It was a Thursday and wasn't even that busy. The bill was over $200, which seemed high for the food quality, and honesty would never go back. if the food and service were better I'd go back. They need to spend more time on the food quality and service like they do the decorations. This place has potential, but seriously need to acknowledge the occasion that brought people to their overrated restaurant in the first place. As soon as I got home I made a reservation somewhere else for the following day to erase this poor experience from my memory. Again, decorations are great, but the food and service need new management.

We had the most incredible time at the Wicked experience. I came all the way from the West and had requested the green room. There was a mix up and I thought they were going to not let us sit there, but our waiter helped us out and we got to sit by the show stopping head of Oz just as I had dreamed. The food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The decor was absolutely incredible. I'm so grateful to them for helping the trip to be everything I imagined.

For what this place charges, the food should at least be decent — but it was terrible. The chicken tenders were rubbery, the lobster ravioli was cold in the middle, and somehow kids’ drinks were $10 each. Our bill was over $500, and honestly, we wouldn’t mind paying that if the food and experience were worth it. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing meals we’ve had.
