Stepping into CAVA, one can expect an exceptional dining experience and much of that excellence is attributed to the outstanding service provided by Andrea. With an effortless blend of charm, efficiency, and attentiveness, Andrea sets the gold standard for hospitality. From warmly welcoming guests to expertly navigating the menu with insightful recommendations, every interaction with Andrea is characterized by genuine care and professionalism. Their impeccable timing ensures that every course is delivered with precision, while their friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Whether accommodating special requests or simply anticipating the needs of diners, Andrea consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest leaves with a smile. In the realm of exceptional service, Andrea truly shines, making the visit to CAVA an unforgettable culinary journey. One thing I have to say I will be back. But at first, I was a bit afraid when I was going to the Restaurants because most of them don't look like what you see online but with the decor, the ambient, the vibe everything was good

Quite possibly the worst restaurant on the planet. They charge you a $25 fee if you don’t order food. If you do order the food, it’s frozen chicken and canned sauce. The service was horrendous and the drinks tasted awful. Please stay away and don’t be fooled by flowers and pretty lights.

Was Cava worth the hype? Unfortunately, no.If you've ever heard of Cava in Southington then you know that part of what you're paying for is to experience their extravagant themed decorations. However, when myself and a group of friends arrived, we soon learned that not every room has lavish decorations. When we showed up for our reservation we were put in a cramped back room where we were elbow to elbow with other patrons. This specific room’s decorations sported mirrors with garland around the top and side. The table that they sat us at was so unstable that before the waitress gave us our drinks, I had to request several shims to place under the table legs to stabilize it.The food was good but outrageously overpriced and for what our experience entailed to that point. As a positive note, our waitress was fantastic and attentive.

Took my son for dinner. Wanted to have a nice night out with him and thought he would like all the lights and decorations. It is a beautifully decorated space. That honestly is the only good thing I have to say about it. Rooms a very small and over crowded. Glad we went on an off night so it was quieter. The menu is not that large and it's quite expensive for what you get. Started off with the cheesy garlic bread and the whipped ricotta appetizers. I loved the ricotta, came with some crostinis and it was topped with a fig jam and honey. It was really good. I should have stopped there and not ordered my dinner. I went with the Gnocchi Italian sausage, house-made gnocchi, caramelized onions, baked buratta, plum tomato sauce. The gnocchi definitely didn't taste house made. They may have been but definitely in that house. They were very uniform in size and very dense. The flavor of the whole dish was just lacking and for 28$. Just no. Service is very fast. We sat ordered and ate in like an hour. They really try and get you in and out. Which is fine for the weekend but on a quiet Tuesday night you could let people relax a bit more. We chose not to have dessert however I did order a cappuccino and a baileys neat. Omg!!! I could have had a dinner for the price. The cappuccino which was smaller than the size of a small coffee was 7$ and the half a shot of baileys that they put in the snifter 14$. 21$ for my after dinner drink. I have to say that this place is a been there done that never going back again. Do yourself a favor and drive around your neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. Dinner for my son and I with tip was 160$$.

Drove from Boston to celebrate my birthday here. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, and our server was great. But that's really where the good ends. We were there on a Saturday night during the dinner rush hours, and they had active construction going on. We sat near a heavy curtain that hid the construction, but we could hear it all and even worse could smell the varnish as they were varnishing the floors throughout our entire meal (we asked what the chemical smell was and they said they were varnishing floors but opened a door). For a $600 dinner, I would not expect them to be varnishing floors during restaurant hours. Why wouldn't you do that in the morning when the restaurant was not open? Some of our food was good, the steak was definitely overcooked. The drinks were good. We went in very excited for a special dinner but left pretty disappointed.

The decoration and atmosphere was so beautiful and they are always trying new themes. The staff was amazing and kind! Most of all the food was delicious every thing was well seasoned and the meat was tender. Everything came out at a perfect time and the portions were very generous for the price .

Went with my sister today for her birthday celebration. Her 1st visit, , my second. Everything was amazing...the decoration are spectacular , food and drink were delicious and staff, Meagan our server, Taylor the bartender and Ryan the manager were just wonderful. We both felt like family by the end of the meal. We will definitely be back to see the Spring/Summer decorations!

I have to be honest , I was a little afraid because of mixed reviews here. But I want to experience by myself and give my opinion. I told my boyfriend let’s go I want to try. We went yesterday Thursday around 5:30 pm. We arrived and the girl on the front was nice , smiling. All staff were nice and smiling , giving us commplements , We were sit on the bar. You don’t need a reservation for sit on the bar. The restaurant is stunning so BEAUTIFUL. I am crazy with photos and videos and I went every room taking photos and recording. Never see many decorations like that wow. Our bartender nice guy I forgot his name he is from Ecuador, help us with drinks menu online and explain all. I decided from coconut tiki so good and bae martini, pretty good too. Some appetizers and then cucumber margarita. We didn’t want to eat dinner was so early and we ate at home etc. the music was perfect , customer service perfect , clean , amazing decorations, small place and cozy, drinks prices were reasonable. Our visit were great. I can’t wait for come back and enjoy the food.
