Very slow service with a few people getting trained so only one cash register was open. Grilled chicken sandwich was average at best after having the same sandwich at many other chick fil a restaurants.

Food was excellent, as it always is with any Chick Fil A. The playscape was clean and the kids had so much fun. We ordered right from our table and the food arrived hot within minutes. The customer service and atmosphere were both amazing. Keith was so friendly and helpful. I wish we lived closer to this location because we would come all the time!
Kid-friendliness: The playscape was so convenient and it was really clean. This is a great place to come with kids on those rainy days.

This is the size of the chicken nuggets that they charge $11 meal for (8 count). I’m pretty sure they are just cutting the regular nuggets in half.

We don't live in the southington area but everytime we stop here Josh takes our order. He brings so much joy to his job. I smile ear to ear while ordering. I hope you know how lucky you are to have him working for you. Thanks for being you Josh!
Drive thru attendant was snotty. Asked her if the sauce and salad dressing were in the bag and she said yes rolled her eyes and walked away...got home and they weren't. Large Mac and cheese container was not full. Will never frequent this location again.

Everyone on the staff was absolutely incredible! They’re all super sweet providing their utmost respect for everyone in the dining room. I have never been to a more friendly restaurant. I highly recommend this location!
