The older man who is usually in front (I believe the manager) is absolutely rude. I came in a few days ago & he was openly brushing one of his employees off as she was trying to ask him a question. Now today (about 9:45 am), a couple days later… I’m not waiting for an online order & this man didn’t acknowledge me once. He rang up 5 peoples order & didn’t say one word to me. I ended up canceling my order & left.You need new management because the face of the Southington location is horrid and non welcoming.

They have, on numerous times, forgotten to include the sauces I ordered, even after I said that the last times I was not given sauces. Plenty of staff on hand so they can't use that excuse. It's petty, but when you have your mind set on what you're going to eat and you don't get what you paid for, they are not cheap, it's frustrating!
