This review hurts me to write. I usually love this Chipotle as I've been coming here regularly for a few months now and the service is always polite and the restaurant is always clean. This time I was disappointed. I was given a small portion of beans, they were out of steak at only 12 PM, and I was not informed that the soda machine was non-operational as I was given very diluted Coca-Cola. I hope this can be my regular Chipotle restaurant to visit, but with disappointing experiences like this, I can only be so forgiving.

Employees are super unhelpful, have terrible attitudes, and can’t manage their time or kitchen. Always out of stock of items. This place is terrible. Some chipotle are better than others. This one is the bottom of the barrel. Drive out of your way to try a different one.

They are liars, and they are just sitting around doing nothing. They don’t have the doors open when they are supposed to, when asked why they don’t have them opened they said they need to clean the windows (after he cleaned them they were still dirty couldn’t even cleaned them properly) while the side door had been opened all along, they could of said just go to the side door, I waited for 20 minutes and still couldn’t even get my food. They start prepping food hours prior what’s the excuse if yall can’t handle opening the doors @10:45, open them 11:20 and you’ll save your customers time.also there were people waiting also, it seemed like they don’t care.

Every single time I come to this chipotle no matter what time of day they claim they are completely out of the most basic ingredients like cheese or lettuce. And if you glance over at the mobile order station that same ingredient will be fully stocked. I have never gotten a batch of chips that weren’t stale, and every employee here is unpleasant. It’s been like this for years. I’m done for good

This place used to be a go-to spot but it's gone so downhill in the last 6 months or so. The hiring manager needs to do a much better job. 6/10 of the employees always look like they hate being there and I often see them going very slow or doing unsanitary things like touch their hair and phones with their gloves on! Everytime I come here now there's a line out the door and a 5+ minute wait for pickups (after the pickup time). What finally made me write this review was we actually were waiting 25 minutes for our pickup order as I observed a totally disfunctional workplace. There should be a manager here to streamline the process as this place will constantly run out of ingrediants while there's always a couple of workers in the back of the kitchen chatting. The food didn't even taste right and my girlfriend actually threw up after eating it. As I mentioned before, the hiring manager really needs to get these workers in check and hire better ones. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

This was our first and def our last time here. I ordered a kids meal with a Quesadilla and it wasn’t even toasted completely the cheese was still cold not melted. The beans did not have any type of flavor. Had to wait to get home to season them. On top the place looks disgusting. Dirty tables and floors etc.

This location needs a serious change in Management and/or help from corporate. They’re always out of half the ingredients. They have 6 staff members just standing around right now telling 20 pickup orders that they didn’t cook chicken and have to wait.
The food is decent and flavorful, particularly when compared to other locations. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance leave much to be desired. The front doors are perpetually smudged with dirty fingerprints, the tables are frequently unclean, and the entry mats consistently pose a tripping hazard. On one occasion, I even witnessed someone emptying a dustpan near the buffet, which was quite off-putting 🤮. Furthermore, the manager seems unaware that other restaurants offer friendlier service.

Asked for a salad. They didn’t put lettuce. But they sure dump the sour cream…I asked for extra but not for the whole bowl to be filled up. Barely any rice or meat. Again, it was a sour cream soup made up of Fajitas. On top of that, the lady that hand me the bag had an attitude problem, not welcoming or friendly service. Horrible location
