This location is usually pretty solid compared to the other ones I’ve been to. Good portions/food quality and much cleaner than most other Chipotles.

This used to be one of my favorite locations, but today the experience was disappointing. The associate preparing my burrito bowl was unfriendly and kept making faces whenever I asked for something. She even went to the back to add an item, which made me wonder if she used old food. I’ve never had an experience like this here before. I hope she can improve her customer service, because one person can ruin the reputation of the whole location.

Food was good, been here a few times. Unfortunately it always dirty dining in, at the tables and on the floor, and not one employee comes out to clean. Also, the ice machine is always broken??

The Staff doesn’t know how to roll a burrito there was holes in my burrito i’m so upset from this truly saddening then a worker bumped into me while i was trying to throw my trash away im so upset that i just wasted my money

Southington Chipotle I’m so disgusted. Will never order chipotle again. Placed online order and not once but twice there was a hair in my food. I contacted the 1-800 number to inform them and stated will contact store manager and I get a coupon for a free item that says please try us again which couldn't believe this happened again.

Will be avoiding this location in future. It is consistently lackluster. Often understaffed and out of basics like utensils. Think the staff try their best but the management of this location is hurting the chipotle brand overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately the meal was far too salty. The rice was so salty that both people in my party couldn't eat it.

Don't eat here unless you want foreign objects like metal key rings in your guac.

Can't get a human if you try to call the store, if you call corporate they make you jump through hoops and 4 steps to get a refund. Go to moes across the street, haven't gotten metal objects in their food.

this lowkey gotta be the worsr chipotle in the world 😭😭, i swear they never have anything and all the workers got attitudes for no reason. I was patiently waiting for my food last time like a good boy and the cashier lady through my food at me and just said here 😔

As I am going down the line I asked for guacamole and the worker put half of it on the counter. She completely missed my bowl. When I asked if she could add more she did and then at check out I asked if she charged me for double guacamole. She had no reason to charge me extra for something that was her fault. Then as we were walking out the same worker cut off my friends and I to get out of work. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back.
