The brown rice was uncooked! Disgusting and inedible. Why serve uncooked rice? Just say you’re out and wait for it to cook.

I ordered a burrito bowl online to pick up in store. I got a side of sour cream which at first glance didn’t look right but after mixing it up it looked normal so I didn’t second guess anything. Taste and everything was okay. Not too long after eating I became super sick and ended up throwing up my food. Super disappointing

Why did I pay almost $7 for CRUMBS OF CHIPS. This is ridiculous actually. Especially when they also gave me an option to order “small” chips.. would I have just gottten dust if I did that?! My queso was also ICE cold and delivery only took 10 mins.

I walked in not knowing what to expect with the recent reviews the last fewbyear and myself having bad past experiences. HOWEVER! I went in was pleasantly surprised that the line floor and tables were clean. Lobby looked good, counter was good looking n clean too. Food was all there nothing in short or out of. 2 bowls double portion for less than 40$ * Glad it wasn't a bad experience this time

This is by far the worst Chipotle Location I have ever been too! Aside from the employees having zero customer service skills, everything was limited due to their lack of preparation. We went there around 2:30 a few days ago, and they had no steak, no fajita vegetables, old Queso sauce to the point where it was brown, no corn salsa! They employees give quarter spoon scoops so the portions are ridiculously small and you need to continue to ask for more, more just to get a decent portion.
Now to the employees at this location, I have never been to a restaurant where employees actively engage in arguments with customers to the point there is yelling back and forth, not to me when you ask to speak to a manager they refuse to let you!
Unless you do not care about how you are treated stay away from this location, cause multiple employees at this location should not be working there, due to their lack of customer respect!
The fact that these one star reviews go back at least 2 years and all of the reviews are relatively the same means the franchise owners do not care about customers either. If they did care there would most definitely be a culture change at this location and there obviously has not been. Owners should not be in the capacity they are in if they don’t care about changing the people they hire or disciplining their employees!

Today, we visited the Southington Chipotle at 11:10 AM and ordered four bowls — three veggie bowls and one chicken bowl. The girl who was serving the food was polite and helpful. However, the experience at the register was quite disappointing.
The employee at the counter was extremely rude when we politely asked her to mark the chicken bowl, to help us differentiate it from the veggie ones. Despite our request, she refused. We also asked for the guacamole to be served on the side, but she declined that too. While it’s understandable if certain requests don’t fit within store policy, there’s no excuse for being disrespectful to customers.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable. We pay for our food — we don’t expect anything for free, especially not rude behavior. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

I am an avid chipotle eater, I love chipotle. When I went to this location I had a terrible experience. When I asked for a burrito the lady used the same gloves she moved the trash with to put my wrap in the heater and then decided to change gloves while it was heating. I asked for steak and they didn't have any so I had to settle for chipotle honey chicken. I wasnt too disappointed at this point, I was still looking forward to my burrito. Then after the rest of the ingredients were added the young man who wrapped my burrito did quite possible the worst wrap I've ever had. As soon as I started eating the food fell out of the bottom. It was a struggle to eat. The ingredients were still delicious. But it was a chore to eat. Train your employees better. I'm never coming back to this location again. Okay I might come back but I'll only give you guys one more chance.

The absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to ! Dirty , horrible customer service, incompetent employees , hard undercooked rice and stale chips! I expected so much more from this area !! Patiently waiting for the Naugatuck location to open ! Never again at this location!! Everyone needs to be fired and new people hired .. Management included!!!

We came here for a family lunch. The store was big and spacious, relatively clean, lots of tables available for dining. The store wasn’t busy, there were only couple more customers. We got two bowls and a kids meal. The associates were super quick and friendly. One of them even gave my daughter extra cheese for kid’s meal.
I loved the taste of my honey chicken bowl. The guacamole and vinegar dressing both were excellent. My daughter loved the tacos, cheese, rice and chicken. We all enjoyed our lunch.
The soda machine was only disappointment as it didn’t have enough carbohydrate gas, so the drinks were sugar water.

The staff are lovely. They give proper portion of the food not stingy at all. Standard menu in the location, chicken, beef, pork, burritos, bowls, salad etc. Standard tastes like other places.
Convenient location. Big parking lot in the front. Great spot for a quick meal.

clearly the lady with fried red hair and clear glasses has some personal issues.. me and my boyfriend came into this establishment to simply get our food and eat and this lady gives my boyfriend unnecessary attitude for absolutely no reason. he said he only wanted sour cream and for some reason that offended her.. she went to her coworker near the take out area, spit in our food, and mumbled something under her breath and continued to be rude to our faces.. very very disappointed i will never ever be coming back to this place ever again. do better southington.

We came here for a family lunch. The store was big and spacious, relatively clean, lots of tables available for dining. The store wasn’t busy, there were only couple more customers. We got two bowls and a kids meal. The associates were super quick and friendly. One of them even gave my daughter extra cheese for kid’s meal.
