We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner package for 8-12 people and could not have been more pleased with the meal! Everything was amazing, very reasonable price, and the pickup process was pretty quick and well organized. I’m hoping they are doing something similar for Christmas. Thank you, Craft Kitchen!

It was a busy night. Very loud. We were in side room. Waitress forgot about us. Didn't even get refill or second drink. I got the wagyu burger which was overcooked, tough, with no taste. Definitely not wagyu. Supposed to be on a pretzel roll and wasn't. Definitely disappointed. The other dish was pasta with meatballs. Meatballs and pasta were good. Sauce was okay, but cold and nothing special. Have been before and the food has been good, but not last night.

These guys are great! We just beat a very long line this am due to the apple harvest fest, even though it was exceptionally busy, everyone was on their A game. Love it!

Craft is our go to place during the week. Everybody knows your name the food is always consistent. Ryan at the bar always takes good care of us and we get to see Mike the owner most of the time it's a really cool looking place very comfortable and the music is good

I cannot honestly give a review of the food of this restaurant because I did not eat here. We did not get that far into our meal before we told half the meals we wanted to order was not available from their menu. First, they blamed it on the local Apple festival then they blamed it on having a busy night the night before. Either way as a person wanting to eat lunch at 1:45 in the afternoon on a Sunday they had nothing hardly in the kitchen. There’s approximately 25 tables in this restaurant and I would say maybe a quarter of them may have been busy but what they were serving those customers your guess is as good as mine, because we couldn’t get any food. The person that was supposedly in the “manager” position was dressed like she was a 17 year-old teenager with a T-shirt and ripped jeans and didn’t seem to really care that they literally are throwing this restaurant down the drain. I definitely will not be coming back. I will not be recommending it and I will tell anybody that will listen how bad the service was. As far as being part of front of house goes the hostess and the waitress were awesome but they weren’t the back of house/cooks so they couldn’t do anything about the poor service from the there. When I asked to speak to somebody above the manager, I was told that there was a card at the front of the restaurant that I could call or leave a message. I’m really not interested in leaving a message with anybody. I wanted to speak with a human, but apparently I didn’t get that either. So if I could give this “establishment” negative stars I would definitely give them a -5 out of 5. Their menu sounds scrumptious but I couldn’t tell you a thing about taste! Avoid this place like the black plague!!

Had a horrible time at Craft Kitchen tonight (Sat night) but it seems like the wait staff had a worse time.

Waited outside for 40 minutes to be seated (was told 20) in the cold with heaters that were off, took 20 minutes to take our order (which we had ready), took an hour to serve us room temp food (one of which was the wrong order; he ate it anyway), and you know what — those poor servers were so overworked, it’s fine. He comped the erroneous order, which was awesome!

My tummy hurts.

Also, why were the pickles just cucumbers dipped in apple juice? Anyway, don’t come here on a Saturday night.

We were seated right of way however the waitress took a while to get to us. It was a Saturday night, so we didn't pay much mind to that. When the waitress came, we had already decided on drinks and our meal. The drinks were good, the app salad was good however the entrees were absolutely disgusting. The rice was still raw, the Mac and cheese was so cold that the noodles were one big clump in the bowl, and the ribs were more dry than the Sahara. The other entree, the steak tips mine as well have been frozen. Ordered medium rare, came out well done but cold and tougher than chewing on the table. We sent the food back, and the waitress politely replaced our meals. The steak tips were correct this time, however the ribs were even more disgusting than the first time and it seemed like the rice wasn't even attempted to be cooked. Either poor logistics, or a blatant disregard to quality service. Whatever it is, it ruined the night. I'm currently writing this review on the toilet, switching from top to the bottom.

We ordered delivery. Both of us have not stopped talking about the food! It was the best we've had in Southington! Our first time eating their food and it's fresh and so delicious! Next time we're going to their place and dine in! We loved every bite! Seriously...you have to try it!!A++++, 10 out of 10.

Decided to give this place a try after seeing good reviews. Ordered takeout (which I know wasn’t going to be “in person” amazing, that’s just how it is everywhere). Ordered a filet, truffle fries and a side of French onion soup. Went to pick it up, bag felt normal got to my hotel and there was no soup, got regular fries, steak was like hamburger and there was no utensils. For $50 I would’ve expected at least a fork and knife. This place sucks lmao

Prices are fair and the quality is high for amazing food and craft cocktails
Beer and wine lists are great too.
