Everything was fine I come here multiple times and love the food especially the chicken sandwich this time I ordered a burger but they messed it up I asked for it just a regular single Patty burger and they gave me a double burger with bacon which isn't what I asked for but I ate it anyway because I was so tired and I was only on a 30-minute break so I didn't really have time to argue besides that definitely will be coming back here again

Bought 2 Blizzards and for the second time they were very soupy and melted.
I don’t think DQ expects you to sip with a straw as they do give you a spoon. If I order this again I will make sure to tell them I don’t want a milkshake. I want a blizzard.

The Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in Southington, CT totally destroyed our recent ice cream cups with Magic Shell topping. There was barely any cream and the topping melted it within a couple minutes. So we were basically eating warm milk surrounded by a hard plastic coating. This is some sick stuff! We have had better service by robots!

I called on Saturday for hours on Sunday I needed a birthday cake and someone said 10 AM.... I couldn't check on line as I was driving. I was going to pick up cake at stop n shop but decided to pick cake up day needed......WELL I get to the DQ I called on Meriden Waterbury.... two people were inside, doors locked. Young man saw me standing outside, he opened door and said can't open till 10: 30. I explained issue and he said .... can't let you in till 10:30. ....... I would have pucked cake up day before had i been told accurate 8nformation. I am totally upset..... ill NEVER go to this DQ ever again. DONE

Always great food & deserts. A bit on the pricey side now. Service is much better than in the past..

We enjoyed the most delicious Salad with Chicken, Bacon , Cheddar Cheese!! It was a Good Size for a Resonable Price! Will go Back for another one soon!! 😃

The food is quite good even if it was definitely made with older oil and the ice cream was pretty good where it absolutely failed however was the staff as they were very impatient with people lacked any kind of customer service and rushed each person to get through their order. Their menu consists of hamburgers chicken and ice cream I am failing to understand the incredible strain on the mind and body to produce three simple things.

Late review so we went to dq and we waited for about 20 minutes for the food and the whole order was wrong we order the bacon ranch burger they forgot the bacon I order onion rings I got fires I was charged for ice cream I never ordered We love DQ but this time the food was bad 👎 this review was not a good one you expect to get what you ordered and I wasn't gonna drive 20 or 25 minutes back there

The blizzards never disappoint.

My husband, our friend and I ordered and went to the patio to sit. The order for 3 people came on 1 tray. In the middle of our meal, the waiter came and said we had to give the tray, I said we were eating and our food was on the tray, the waiter came again and said his manager wanted the tray, we said this was ridiculous and where to put our food, My husband put our food on the table one by one. We ordered food for about $50 and they ruined our food. What should people put their food in and eat it? My husband and I have traveled to 4 continents and have never seen such bad service and treatment. The worst service we have ever experienced in my life! Then they give us paper for free ice cream, we did not go there for free, we went there to eat our own order in peace! Never again!
