I stood in line for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When she did acknowledge me she asked if I was picking up a ordering. I told her I was ordering she said it's going to be at least 20 minutes and then did not acknowledge me again until somebody else took my order

The last time I went there an employee admitted being sick later that night I fell ill. I never get sick and should not allow employees to work that are sick especially that covid was a huge problem. I was reluctant to reenter establishment and order anything because it's a betrayal of trust . Maybe I will try again but still not ready and saw the person still there from last time. I'm sure didn't mean to but it happened like twenty minutes after I left the last...
