The owner is very rude and they do not communicate well (or at all) with their customers. Good prices but the customer service experience is extremely unpleasant if you’re even able to get ahold of someone. Being busy is not an excuse for horrible manners.

These guys went above & beyond to help people during the power outage caused by Isaiahs. They stayed open on the weekend to accommodate everyone in need of ice & did not price gouge. Had plenty of 20lbs bags & 10lbs blocks in stock that kept us from losing all of our food. Great guys, so polite, & we are so grateful for their help!
