Excellent pizza! Wow was I impressed. I travel a lot for work and this was by far one of the best dinners I’ve gotten on the road. Pizza was so fresh, it was piping hot and the delivery person handled it very carefully. You can see in the picture it was perfect. Thank you so much for THE best Dominos pizza I’ve ever had.

Multiple times I've tried to place an order and the person manning the phone is so soft spoken I can't hear a thing, not only that they can't seem to understand what I'm saying. I wanted a garlic parm pizza with stuffed crust and all he understands is cheese pizza with stuffed crust. Now I've spent close to 20$ on a pizza I didn't even want because he couldn't understand and tried to correct my order like im in the wrong. Thats bad business

So I ordered garlic wings and a large four cheese pizza on Friday, and a few hours later I got bad food poisoning. Today on Sunday when I could talk to the manager, he told me I had to call it the moment it was bad if I wanted a refund and I'm thinking to myself how would I immediately know if the food was bad? I told them they could definitely keep the tip but had no intention to give anything back. Sure I could've called earlier even though I was sick all Saturday, but the fact that there were no other compromises or solutions that the manager could've offered was disappointing for a customer service representative. If others enjoy this specific Domino's great just be careful of the food and don't expect miracles for customer service.

Left my food in the pouring rain, didn’t ring the doorbell and the app didn’t even notify me that it was on its way, rediculous, $30 wasted

Ok so. Your driver didn't wave when I was on the school bus. Bad costumer service. Made me feel upsettyspaghetti. Will never eat dominos again without remembering this dark dark moment.

Never got my order. They delivered it to the completely wrong address even though I was very specific. This has happened many times to myself and coworkers. When we call to ask where the order is, it's like no one has a clue. It was delivered elsewhere to someone who accepted it without confirmation that it was the correct person to give it to. Please have your drivers pay attention to the address and location, and make it right when things go wrong.

Honestly I love this domino's. So much. I've always been sketchy of transferred ownership (see my paradise pizza review) but honestly, every single time I get my food it's always fresh, I never have an issue with any of it, and it tastes amazing every single time. The parmesan bites are always soft, the chicken parm sandwich has been burnt maybe once but oh well, it still tastes good, and the marbled brownie is phenomenal. I think Mohamed here is being a bit projecting, I'd say the folks handling the cooking are doing a hell of a job.
